Very well put Caddieman. Sometimes it's worth reminding ourselves that info from third or fourth parties has never materialised. Best to stick to factual articles that keep coming out of Iraq with such regularity. Things are happening but it will take time.

Where are we at with the HCL? Has it had any readings?Are parliament on their beak? I remember reading a post where they could not go on their break until all Laws were passed! What are your thoughts on a RV with what you know and do you think they will quikly move over the next 12-18months to their old rate of 3.22

there is still work going behind the seens this deal must be compleated by the end of march as far as the rate i have shared this with one of our moderators and am not to sure he believed me but to say we will pleased!!

what about these reports on Norway TV saying the HCL will not be in place until May?? I say its another smoke screen! Firstly never have trusted TV and secondly they have not told us anyhting that has been true, so why start now!

pardon my diverging, but I did think it was pretty funny that you wrote your letter to Duck 2000, and asked if parliament was on their BEAK. ahahahahaha! Very good. We need to keep some humor going or we will blow up.

There are a lot of people on this forum that know more than they are telling! I dont blame them because of all the bashing that has been going on lately! But If I knew anything I would tell because I have never cared what anyone thinks! I was curious, I was hoping someone could confirm that I read write in a previous post that Maliki had said no break until all laws had been passed!
