    If it's 1 Dinar = .001295 USD and you drop the 3 zeros you have 1 USD = 1.29 Dinar or 1 dinar= .77(approx) dollars

Oh, not you, MrsCK - I was talking about Indmn's figures. I'm sure your figure is quite nice..... - no harassment - I'm female too. Love the 'rumor'.

Someone help me out.... I am not comprehending very well..

    What does that 1.29 mean?

    1.29 Dinar = 1 USD or 1.29 USD = 1 Dinar?

    Or something else entirely?

71 cents on the dollar? or 29 cents OVER the dollar?

Let me break it down further...

    Does 1 million dinar = 710,000.00 or 1,290,000.00?

Or am I still just way off...??
I think that what is being suggested here is an r/v resulting in one
    dinar equaling $1.29.

I think you are changing the equation at the end. Initially you state that 1 Dinar = .001295 USD which is correct but when you move the decimal 3 spaces to the right (drop 3 zeros as you say), you then make the error of changing the equation to 1 USD = 1.29 Dinar (you are flopping the dinar and USD in the equation) when actually it should read: 1 Dinar = 1.29 USD.

OK - thanks. I think I'm going to have to study this hypothesis a bit more before it sinks in. But, I have to say that I was expecting it to come in just a bit lower, around the .75 range. I feel that they still need an incentive for businesses to come in and help set up their infrastructure. At this rate it could work for both parties. .....Did someone say 'party'? Oh, sorry, just getting a bit carried away. (Yes, I embarass my children terribly.)
