I have deleted this 4 times as I didn't want to post it. I got a email from my friend. He has informed me that Iraq wants to meet 1100:1 by July. I am sorry for posting this, but I must be honest, as this is what he sent me.

Said it was and has been revealed that this was a target also. I have a hard time with it after all that is out and is in the makings. Maybe OSW is right?????The closer we get the Crazier it Gets.

I have sent a few questions back regarding the ISX and a couple other things. Remeber this is his info, could be wrong, and I trully hope so...

I just wished he called me instead of the email. Been awhile since we chatted. I did respond Positive and quoted other things known with questions. Just makes it harder to understand with out more than what was sent. I am sure I will get more from him. This was out of the Blue.
