But it waisted most of the day with little vital work getting done other than instructions from the President of the Parliament for members not to group together in large numbers at one location...safety...oh, they did hire a security company to protect the Parliament...BUT STILL They waisted the day and they have mere hours to pull victory out of the Al Sadrred Jaws of Defeat..IMO SORRY!

Would also like to add for those that got into the Dong. That this should go right in time with the Dinar. Been told that they are saying something to the effect that the Dong is held up do to a Bond Issue that is being passed and that the Dong has to RV before the Bond thing is done.

FIL,ICI,HCL,LOI, ??????? Nothing else I can figure is missing except a Date and Amount for the RV. The May 3rd meeting the way this freind pits it is just a Cake and Ice Cream Thing.

I know the earlier reports of article IV were talking about meeting in Jordan before the end of this month, but this LOI would be part of that discussion. It would make sense for it to be in Washington at the IMF headquarters.

my appologies if this has already been covered--you mentioned the hcl on the 28 29 and of May--so when you say rv anytime between now and the 28, are you saying april or may 28?--and please dont' say BOTH!! Neno...I know what a clever dancer you are!!
