The notion that the IMF wants the Dong and the Dinar to r/v at the same time to avoid double dipping strikes me as very interesting and something that I had not considered. I suppose this situation does not arise very often with 2 different countries getting ready to r/v in such close proximity time wise. Keep up the excellent work Neno!!
