To me, the article says a settlement agreement was meet. My report of 52 billion with the thought of 40 billion owed leaves 12 billion for I am guessing for that. The article says it was agreed upon.

Lets say no then. OK, but the article says Iraq piad the dept off. Lets say well then there is another 12 billion that was used for something else. One way or another to me, it looks like atleast 40 billion went to Kuwait. It is right there in Black & White.

Remember a few years back the female marathon runner who was staggering, but still standing and lurching toward the finish line? She waved off officials who wanted to help. She collapsed across the finish line.

Well that is me. Running, staggering and stumbling toward the finish line. With each new date that comes with credible news, but extends the date, I lurch onward, hoping for the stanima to carry on.

My officials here, who want to help, are you, my friends and fellow posters. I will not give up, I will perservere and reach that oh so far finish line.

I will not be denied, This is my finish line, our finish line.

I may be stummbling and staggering, but I WILL REACH THAT FINISH LINE !!, some may drop out as we race along, but with stanima, we will cross this line and end this race........TOGETHER

I had a difficult time reading (understanding) your post because of typo's and a needed spell check.
I think because of the amount of information on this forum, people often glance-read and do not comprehend the meaning of the Poster.
Coupled with no discernment of tone, or seeing an expression of a face, we often read more into the information posted.(Smilies don't count)

I believe this is why we have seen tempers flare, bashing, and then the temptation to drop out of the forum.

People are not truly communicating which leads to badly informed investors who pass on rumors as facts from one topic to another on this forum as well as other forums discussing dinars. One example of this is, someone(I will not say who) posted a rumor that was misread and carried over to another forum and re-posted in their news topic. It stayed unverified, then found it's way back to Rolclub. This is just another form of gossip.

I post this to you in the hopes that others will read and at the very least proof read their post as if someone else is trying to understand it...because they are...trying to understand it.

Everyone has opinions, misunderstands, and makes MISTEAKS.

All the info I had from my freind has been posted. Nothing New, except that it looks as if everything is lining up. The Articles are coming out of Budget passed, Oil Talk, Foriegner Investment interest, ISX Talk, (which i like the best) Sadr BS stuff. It is all good. Remember, the last thing my freind said was, "Stability & Security will dictate how fast it alls happens".

Believe it or not. I do know one thing. They say the Budget is Passed and set with 1260:1 rate. Not what IC yet. Monday will determine their Stability.
