Thread: Positive R/V Rumors

Lux.........I'm not much on rumors so take this as you will.
My stock broker calls my wife up out of the blue wanting me to overnight 4 M NID. Nothing significant in that.......but he told me through email that a significant "international" political and economic effort will unfold in the first quarter of 2007. The broker knows my complete investment portfolio........says I'll be home in early 2007 and never worry about money again.

Been here and done that.......so we'll see!

Well Mike, I hope she is right!!!! If we had a dollar for every rumor that we've heard since early summer that didn't pan out, we wouldn't need the dinar to r/v we'd be rich already!!! lol

Seeing you here for many months, I know you know what I mean! I just look at it this way, someday, somebody is going to be right!! I just don't know who or when?? I say keep the rumors flowing, one of these days one of them is going to hit!!

Just so that all you know as a long time memeber of the IIF Icarus is a staight forward smart guy...no BS from him. His story is no doubt in my mind true... however the revalue in the first quarter of 2007 is questionable. Im thinking more of the lines of anytime to the next few weeks

i can confirm this, i was on iif for about 6 months before i came here and in that time everything Icarus wrote was extremely informative and based on facts, no bs from this guy.

I wouldnt mind waiting till early next year for a reval if i knew for a fact it would happen early next year.

The term "first quarter" brings back memories of '05 around this time. "First quarter of '06 for sure. Elections will be over, new government in place, SBA in place, latest March" Ughhh. The only thing that gives this rumor any credibility is that it comes from Icarus.
