can anyone tell me where i should check and when i should do so, according to Perth, Australia timezone (or any other timezone and ill just work out what it is over here)

If it is to be prooven by the FX exchange. It has been quoted that it opens Globally at 5pm est. That is all I can give. I have no ideal. But SGS posted 3pm est and it has to be 5pm est according to our experince traders. Ok?

On the shout box SGS is saying 3:00pm at Sydney. I would wait and see if that changes though.

BUT are we still anticipating a announcement by CBI around 3 AM est for RV?

Two different signs of the reval.

1. The Central Bank of Iraq: I think the CBI posts Sunday's business update some time between 2-5am est.

2. The Forex: This site says the Forex opens at 5pm est.

Major Markets
Sydney and Singapore markets open at 5 PM (ET)
Tokyo market opens at 7 PM (ET)
