We are starting contest for a new Wildfire Forced Matrix splash page. The prize to be awarded is $25 payable through one of the four processors we currently use: Alertpay, DGNS, Safepay or eGold. The contest will run for the next 30 days. The winner will be announced on May 1st. All entries must be submitted with all files included in HTML or PHP format. Just do your best and ask if you need any help. Please note that any entry that is used as an alternate splash page even though not declared the winner will be eligible for a $5 payment. Multiple entries are allowed. Please submit all entries via email to:

Splash Page Contest Rules


1. Only members of Wildfire Matrix are eligible for contest entries.

2. Void where prohibited by international, federal, state, or local law.

3. Winners will be paid via on of the four processors available on the Wildfire Matrix website.

4. Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes which may be payable due to receipt of prize.

5. American Merchandising Co.(aka Wildfire Matrix.com)reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time. All prize award decisions are final. The decisions of American Merchandising Co. management are final. Rules may be changed American Merchandising Co. at any time during contest.

6. Winners must agree to release and hold harmless American Merchandising Co. and its affiliates, agencies, advertisers, sponsors, licensees, and immediate families from claims, liabilities, or legal actions which may arise as a result of winning a prize in the contest.

7. Prizes may not be exchanged, substituted, transferred or redeemed for other prizes by winner. Prizes are non-transferable, and CAN NOT BE MAILED.

8. To be eligible to win, each winner will gives a release giving American Merchandising Co. permission to use his or her name, picture, portrait, likeness and voice for publicity purposes connected with this promotion without additional compensation upon submission of entries into the contest.

9. By entering, entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify American Merchandising Co., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant's participation, or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the promotion.

10. American Merchandising Co. is not responsible in the event of any technical difficulties with any equipment, including telephone equipment during any and all contests.

11. American Merchandising Co. is not responsible for any events beyond their control (acts of God, etc).

12. The winners ID's will be posted on the Wildfire Community Forum upon completion of awarding of prize(s).

13. All entries must be submitted no later than April 30th and must include a main splash page in HTML or PHP format and must include all files associated with such page.

14. All entries into the contest become the property of American Merchandising Co. upon submission. Only winning entries will be utilized for the purposes of promoting and otherwise marketing the Wildfire Matrix website.

15. Any entries not deemed the "winner" will not be eligible for a prize award, however, if the determination is made that the entry will be utilized for the purposes of promoting and otherwise marketing the Wildfire Matrix, the entrant will be given just compensation of $5 USD for the use of such splash pages and becomes the sole property of American Merchandising Co.

Here is a lil explanation about the spillover in wildfire:

With the new script it spillsover like this. If someone signs up under either the main page with no referrals or under any member above you that already has 3 referrals, it automatically moves them down to the next member in the next level that does not have 3 referrals. If the member on the next level has three referrals it moves them down to the level below that and so on. It does not matter whether they have 0, 1 or 2 referrals. As new members join without a referral ID or your upline sponsors in new people you will start seeing spillover. As soon as I verify them, they will be placed randomly as they did not use a referral link.
One of the great things about the way this spills over is that the holes get filled in automatically. Unlike many matrices that will leave holes or need to be compressed. Of course compression means down time and trust me, even when the downtime is only for 24 hours, it can mean costing new signups. During the recent upgrade, I had people signup while it was undergoing testing. Luckily the links were working but the payment processors were in test mode so no money was charged. I stopped working on the scripts and sent them emails and they did sign up after the upgrade was done.
What else this means is that even if you don't personally refer someone, you will eventually get your members. Since everyone is not a power marketer like several of the people at the top of the matrix, this balances out the matrix. Some people are just not good at getting others to sign up for things. With the thousands of programs and businesses out there and a huge amount of those being scams, many people are skeptical about joining anything, especially when it is new. With a matrix, it is important to validate the information and get in as soon as possible. This gets you the spill over quicker.
I guess this is a long winded way of saying, hang in there and you will see your matrix build. I am in this for the long haul and am spreading the word with free and paid advertising. Eventually, everyone will know and trust Wildfire Matrix and as the energy continues to build and people continue make more and more money it will grow even faster. You are in the right place to cash in on this.

I am currently considering which charity and am corresponding with one so that I may post their link on the main page of the site.
