I may be wrong but I thought I read somewhere that if a topic was already posted it could not be posted again?

I am new to posting and did not put TVBoxNet in the Subject line as I should have and couldn't figure out how to add it after it was posted. But, it has been posted for some time now. And, I don't know maybe dual posting are allowed?
