In response to your question Tion, there is no set cycling date for any PR member. We just launched this program a few weeks ago, and to date we have cycled 5 members. One thing you will learn about PR is that we are consistent in cycling; we never stop moving. Other teams may initially start off strong but then they can slow and even stall.

We work a NIL member list and we all work together as a team to cycle the NIL member out. We don't stop cycling NIL members for many reasons. The first is our mandatory reinvestments. All members are required to reinvest back into the program; this greatly reduces cycling time. The other wonderful thing is that so many of our members reinvest more than the standard 25% upon cycling out. I have designated my positions as 50% reinvestments. Due to our team's dedication to each other and our top-notch forum, which is open 24 hours a day, many people who have failed in network marketing or who simply want the support of a true team come and join us. I call Phoenix Rising my internet home.

In addition, when members cycle from level 1-2, they must reinvest in 2 positions, but when they cycle from 2-3 and earn $400, they have the option of reinvesting that money into 2 positions (which many do) or cashing that out. We also offer various promotions, which only gives our team members greater earning potential.

Members of Phoenix Rising are not allowed to promote their own links. Anyone wishing to join the PR membership must visit the "Hot Target" thread in the forum and post their request for a link. Please feel free to explore the forum and post any questions you may have. The are always PR members there to help you.
