Giblink - How do the giblines work?

When you Join Giblink as a standard member you are given one POD and are required to signup two new members before you start receiving your General Revenue Share. Signing up as a Pro member give you 2 extra PODs and you are instantly qualified to start receiving your share. Do not underestimate the benefits of joining as a Pro member you’ll see why a little later.
    Line 1
All of your PODs start on line “1”. As new members join or members renew their PODs are placed behind you pushing your POD up to the top of the line and onto the launch pad.
Once you are at the top of a line (on the launch pad) you only need 5 more members to either renew or join to push you to the bottom of the next line. These 5 members can be referred by any gibLink member; you could essentially join at the Pro level and start collect revenue as your PODs progress through the lines.
    Line 2+
As you progress through the rest of the lines their payouts double. Line 1 is worth $50, Line 2 = $100, Line 3 = $200, Line 4 =$400 and so on.
If you do decide you want to increase your earnings simply refer others to Join . And you will be paid a 100% matching bonus each time their POD jumps to a new line. When they get paid $100 for Line 2 so do you!.

PS: Here is The Revenue Sharing Plan Explained
    To your success.

    The Power of Dumb Ideas

This will be the dumbest riff on marketing you will ever read. If
you’re lucky. Marketing is overwhelmed by complexity, and the tendency
of marketers to "over-create" only complicates their job and their own
lives even more. Ten years ago, there weren't many challenges, in truth,
    only about four:

    - The advance of a new five-hundred-channel universe,
    - Bridging the gap between marketing and sales,
    - Calculating the return on advertising investment, and
    - Staying current with the changing public taste.

Today, a quick look at Google indicates that we’re dealing with an
eight-billion-channel universe. The distinction between marketing and sales
has evaporated in the face of direct-marketing technologies that brand
products, take orders, and fulfill them at the same time.

Even worse, there is no more public taste. There are only publics’
tastes, which, every day, become more individualized, specific, and hard to
figure out. David Ogilvy’s contention that “it takes a big idea to
attract the attention of consumers and get them to buy your product” no
longer applies. His fellow advertising guru Bill Bernbach’s belief that,
in marketing, “not to be different is virtually suicidal” doesn't
really work either. The solution to marketing’s current problems is not
    more creativity. It’s less.

Novelty for the sake of novelty is not only risky, it’s more often than
not a recipe for disaster and irrelevance. A study of 1,300 publicly
traded U.S. companies in fifty-five industries by Chuck Lucier, senior vice
president emeritus at Booz Allen Hamilton, found that only four broad
ideas, copied over and over again in one sector after another, accounted
for 80 percent of the breakout businesses created between 1965 and 1995.
True, the big-box store (Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart) may not be the most
original concept on Earth, but that is exactly the point! Originality
hasn’t mattered a bit to the customers, employees, and shareholders who
have enjoyed its application in consumer electronics (Circuit City, Best
Buy), home improvement (Home Depot, Lowe's), and office supplies (Staples,
    Office Depot).

So, ask yourself, what's your dumb idea? Think through the ideals and
philosophies that drive your business, and seek to understand what makes
the most successful companies and entrepreneurs tick. I think you'll be
surprised to find that a lot of the real winners are saying essentially the
same thing. Your job is to say it better.

U.S. Internet Advertising to Double in Next Four Years!

$42 Billion Annually in Online Advertising by 2011!

The latest forecast for Internet advertising is out from eMarketer, which says that in the U.S., online advertising dollars will rise from $21 billion this year to $42 billion by 2011. Web advertising's share of the overall ad U.S. market during that period will also roughly double.

Meantime, the average American's online spending will also grow from $114 in 2007 to $199 per person in 2011. These latest numbers are based on data from the Interactive Advertising Bureau and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Bearing in mind that these forecasts are frequently wrong, they still represent a measure of current consumer sentiment towards the online advertising sector, which remains exceedingly bullish despite all other forms of advertising struggling or sinking.

Adam Bernard, Cofounder and CEO of gibLink.com, the Global Internet Business Link says "These latest numbers mean this is the time to start or expand a small business via the internet. And internet advertising sales will be making themselves."

The change in how business is advertising its wares is noted in four milestones, according to David Hallerman, eMarketer Senior Analyst and author of the new report US Advertising Spending.

"First, US Internet ad spending surpassed $5 Billion in Q2 2007." That is the largest sum recorded in any quarter, according to Hallerman, with fourth quarter projections for $6 Billion in ad sales.

"Second, while 69 of the 100 largest US advertisers put smaller budget shares into four traditional media—television, radio, newspapers and magazines—in 2006 than in the previous year, 70 of the same group put larger shares into Internet advertising."

That reversal speaks volumes about the growth and value of internet advertising!

"Third, even as the credit crunch pulls ad money off the total media table, the Internet looks to be more resistent to economic turmoil," acording to Hallerman who adds, that online advertising contributes more and more to advertising bottomlines every quarter, every year.

Finally, Hallerman says, "Data from both eMarketer and TNS Media Intelligence indicates that 2007 Internet ad spending will be higher than for radio, as reported in August. That is the first time online ad spending will be greater than for any of the four traditional measured media."

This is great news for members of gibLink.com and anyone who wants to join the internet boom. Those who get in now will only benefit as online advertising grows to one in ten dollars of total advertising expenditures.

gibLink.com coFounder Bernard says, "The news about new media advertising gets better and better, with marketers spending more than $100 to reach each person online. By 2011, it's expected advertisers will double that per person amount, as well. It's a huge, surging wave with gibLink members hanging on the crest!"

Join gibLink.com now and let the online wave of advertising be one that you are riding, too!

The new site looks absolutely great, i love it :)

    Dear Dirson Eduardo,

I hope this finds you doing well. We've been busy around here, and I'd like to give you the link to a preview of the site redesign we're doing. When you have a chance, visit preview.mygibline.com. This is a view of what the front page and the overall style of the site will be. I'll let you know when new content is posted for preview as well. In addition, I'll be looking for your feedback on our Policies and Procedures, which are in the final stages for reintroduction to all of our members. Please remember that you can send a message to me with any questions or concerns you're having. I've spoken to a lot of you over the last week, and I want you to know that we're working very hard to continue to improve.

If you're willing, I'd like to get a brief (4 or less sentences) testimonial from you. Please mention your experience with gibLink so far, how it's helped your business, and where you see us going in the future. Please include a picture if you have one, and give your first name and your city and state, or country. You can send those to [email protected].

Thanks for all you do, and have a great week!

    To your success,

    Timothy Johnson,
    Director of Communications,

I have seen the renewal cycle of Gibline described as a bicycle tire rotating at a rate of once every 90 days with a bulge in the tire that extends for 1/3 of the tires circumference. This "bulge" period represents the first 35 days of Gibline and contained the heaviest signup rates in Giblines short history.

The first time we re-entered the bulge occurred during the period of Dec 10th 2007 through Jan 15th 2008. The total pods in Gibline when we hit the leading edge of the bulge was 76,921 and when we past the bulge on Jan 15th 2008 the total pods in Gibline was 97,557 ... over a 26% increase.

We will enter the bulge again beginning on March 10th and exit on April 15th. If the past performance is any indication, we should see at least a 26% increase of total pods during that time. We are currently around 104,000 pods (give or take) that means by April 15th there should be at least 131,000 pods. This could be a very interesting next 40 days.
