Ok Folks.

I just got off the phone with my Up line and she explained very well to me what is required to be a Qualified IMR

To be a Qualified IMR and get paid on Nov 15th.

1- You may be your own Customer and Up Grade yourself ! ( This is the easy way )

2- You need at least 1 Paying CUSTOMER !

This is the part that allot of people did not Understand Including myself.

What is a Customer?

A Customer is a Paying Member not an IMR !

We will Not be able to get Customers Until the Site Opens to the General Public.

IMR's are NOT Customers. When the site starts then they will be a Customer and an IMR.

So Until we are Open to the General Public THE ONLY way to Get a Customer is to be your Own Customer. ( Up Grade Yourself )

Once you are a Qualified IMR you will earn from everybody in your Down Line Including Customers and UpGraded IMR's.

What if you decide Not to UpGrade ?

Don't Worry you are still going to be in the Matrix and get Paid for all of your members in your down line. But you will have to wait until you have at least 1 paying Customer in your Down Line after they Open on Nov 1st.

That means that you will NOT Receive a payment on Nov 15th you will have to Wait Until Dec 15th.

So you have 2 choice to choose from. Up Grade Now and you will be Paid on Nov 15th or Do Not Up Grade and wait Until Dec 15th to get Paid after you have at least 1 Paying Member.

We call this matrix the SUPER MATRIX because it is the best, simplest and most lucrative compensation structure in the business.

With 488,280 positions and up to 10% commissions on sales volume produced by your downline IMRs, commissions can grow very large, very quickly. In this system, each IMR has a goal of getting 5 paid monthly subscribers to be qualified on all 8 levels. As seen on the chart below, the first paying subscriber qualifies you for commissions on levels 1 through 4. Your second paying subscriber qualifies you for payments from level 5. With 5 or more paying subscribers, you will be qualified to receive commissions from revenues generated by IMRs on all of your 8 levels.

The spillover is going to be the CUSTOMERS that we are so eagerly awaiting launch for. Once we launch on NOV 1st.. the company is going to put all of us PAYING members on a rotator, and we will each get 1 paying member as i understand it, until all paying IMR's get a member then it will start over again. this will continue for the entire month of Nov.

In Dec, they will add those paid IMR's from Nov to the rotator and the system will continue.

This is how i understand the system to work. This is the "first movers" special that the company is offering IMR's for upgrading right now.

Credit/Debit Card or Bank Debit via online check is the methods of payment currently accepted.

Remember the more upgraded IMR's you have in your downline the more paying customers you are going to get, and since we get paid the same for customers as we do IMR's depending on what level they are.. your checks will go up rather quick.

Spillover - IMPORTANT UPDATE

Hi All- Since there are many questions and comments regarding spillover, I wanted to respond for everybody so that they understand what is going on...

Last week we changed the compensation structure of the matrix, and the reaction was very positive. This meant that we needed to update the reporting to reflect the new commissions paid on direct subscriber signups. SO...in lieu of putting a reporting summary up there that reflected subscriber spillover, we opted to put the new summary up there that reflects BOTH spillover AND the new commissions.

We have been working this hard, and it should be in your back office today.

For people wondering "do I have spillover?", rest assured we have approximately 2000 members that will be reflected in the reports as spill already, and the number is going up daily. (Keep in mind, it is only 10 days since we started testing video, and less than a week since the resume campaign went live...so we think the number is respectable.) But we will be pushing for more.
