At the moment, we still have about $16,000 sitting our account but it seems rather beyond our possibility to cycle out another gcmb at the moment. We are allowing members to do some recruiting themselves, and then we will reevaalute and see what we can do. We are saving the money so we can do this when we see there is an opportunity to make this happen.

In the meantime, MarkP, one of our leaders is attending MataExpo promoting our program and team with MegaBlast own booth. Kelly and Nowell are helping him out.

We are very pleased to annouce the winners of the
Member Of The Month contest!

After a careful study of members' work, we selected 2 people as recipients of our first 2 prizes. The selection was not easy as there are so many of you out there who do so much for our team and your own groups, and we truly appreciate you all. The choice had to be made, though, and it HAS BEEN.



KELLY AND NOWELL

Congratulations!

Both Kelly (USA) and Nowell (USA) have been extremely dedicated to the team from the beginning and have personally introduced a huge number of members to us. This s a short summary of their work:

* They both went to Deaf Expo in Worcester, Mass in USA last September 15, 2007.
They booked MegaBlast booth where they promoted our team to the world. About 20 people signed up for Megablast.
* On Nov 2-3, 2007, they travelled to Ontario, California to participate in the Convention Center Mata Expo. Again, they reserved the booth, designed the posters and the settings, and they spent few days to introduce people to MegaBlast. Somewhere above was included the photo of them in their booth.
-On Nov 10, 2007, Nowell will go to Pittsburgh ASL Expo
- On Nov 17, 2007, Nowell will go to ASL Expo in Maryland and Kelly
will travel to Deaf Nation Expo in New Jeresy, USA.
-Altogether, they introduced about 100 people to our team, a great number of them signed up on our MegaBlast list, and NOT in their own downline, which we appreciate very much as it moved everyone's boards ahead. There is almost no day when we don't get an email from either Kelly or Nowell with the new usernames they introduced. We admire your work, girls!

Now, as for the prize. Originally, winner number 1 was to receive $400 and a suprise gift basket, and winner number 2 - $200 and a smaller basket. Since it was impossible to decide which one of the ladies should be number one, we decided to make it two first prizes and split the rewards.

Both ladies will receive $300 each and a gift basket of equal size.

To all of you who did not receive the prizes, do not give up-you still have a chance this month and each following month. The contest will go on and at the beginning of every month we will announce two winners for the past month. Your previous work WILL be taken into consideration, not only what you do during the particular month. We hope you participate again!

Congratulations to the winners again! We will contact you soon about your prizes and where to send your suprise gifts.

We are happy to invite you to our new MegaBlast Team chatroom where you can come meet other MegaBlasters, new people, ask questions, share your experiences, and socialize with anyone you want. Let us clarify one thing though. The chatroom purpose is NOT to be a Support Center where we sit all day and answer your inquiries. It is meant to be a SOCIAL room. Of course, if one of us is around, and someone has a problem, we might just be there to help you out, but do not expect us to be available at all times. The room is mostly for YOU, members, to have fun and share your MegaBlast stories.

Attention - please be careful NOT to promote any other team or program to anyone in the room. This is a MEGABLAST room, and not a promotion tool to recruit members to other businesses. If anyone is found engaging in this, they will be banned.
