This sounds like a pyramid to me. What are the products?

A Pyramid? I'm afraid you don't know much about us. Our products are as follows. You can select from our nutrional product line. You can select our traders course, which teaches you how to trade stocks, mutual funds, etc. If you wish you can also select 250 business leads for any business you advertise or you can sell them. You can resell any of our products for that matter and we will be adding more products.

Why don't you listen in on a conference call and hear for yourself. You should quickly be able to see that we are NO PYRAMID!

Skepticism is a good thing to have. I had it too before I talked with the owner and the west coast office manager. Just listen to a conference call and then go to my site in my signature below and see my contact info, which includes my phone number and give me a call.

Missed the call last night. I will try to get on tonight. This sounds a lot like something I got burned on before. If I like what I here I will contact you.

It just seems like the driving force on how members get paid is based on the amount of people who enroll and no matter what you call it..........that is a pyramid.

But it doesn't cost me anything to listen so I will.

That is true with any MLM company. Though MLM's are basically a pyramid, there are such things as legal MLM. I probably should have clarified that before. MLM's, which you wish to define as pyramids exclusively are legal as long as there are actual products/services. The ones that aren't are the ones with no tangible products or services of any kind, which we do have are own products for your own use or for resale depending on your own wishes. All MLM's even the legal ones, are based on having new people.

I would also say for analogy purposes, if you worked for a hotel and you had no customers coming to stay in your hotel, then the employees would have no paychecks. If you owned a restaurant, and no one came to eat there, then you would have no restaurant. Now I'm not saying that MLM and hotels and restaurants are the same kind of business, however the basic concept is the same. No customers, sales, or people means no paychecks for anyone.

I would also say, look at every thread in this advertising section of this forum. You'll see all kinds of MLM's. Now there are a couple or so, which I won't name which are illegal, but most have products and are paid via their new members. That doesn't make them illegal. As long as there are products and/or services, then they are legal.

If you are against this kind of industry, then I certainly would advise you not to join any MLM, and I respect that decision, because this business is not for everyone.

In closing I want you to understand, I respect you and your feelings very much. But please, don't brand my business or anyone's in this section as bad, because that isn't always true.

By the way, if you don't mind me asking, what was this company that you were burned on before? I think I might already know the answer, but if you don't mind me asking? If it is what I think, that was a scam, which regrettably does exist in this industry.

I will also had one more thing. Some people get involved with MLM's like our company for the sole purpose of making money by reselling the products. They simply buy products from the company and resell them to people and never try to introduce anyone to the business as another member.

I understand what an MLM is and I never said that what you are involved with is illegal and I never said it was bad. I'm sorry if that is what you got from my statements.

Perhaps I am jaded from a previous company that I got involved with and was alluded to in your conference call last night. I'm sure you know which one. But I have to say, your venture sounds much like this company.

I appreciate that you respect my feelings, and maybe you are right that this type of business is not for me. I'll keep looking. Thanks for the info and I am sorry if I offended you.
