There is an email update I got, it has contact information for contacting the authorities about CC and Craig Isler. Also has his cell phone. PM me your email and I'll forward to you.

To those who PM'd me about the CC info, please check your emails as I sent this to you.

I was told that if you call that phone number on the CC application, you get a message from an assisted living facility saying this is not CC you have been ripped off. Also the F.O.D. and fax number apparently are disconnected now too.

There is an alternative though. Everyone in the United States who does not mind spending $12 per month and helping to manage a 6 x 7 matrix can have what we are all waiting for; RV - the Big Pay Off. Even Club Freedom has stagnated and I don't see any hope there for some time to come; much too late for me.

Now for some good news. Thank God and fortunately the email on filing a Fraud claim at my personal bank, was passed on to me. AS today I went to my bank and reported the fraud. She was so much help and by getting the bank numbers from the draft that JB Interprises used to cash my check she was able to track down the bank where Isler cashed this. I don't know all the procedures she did but now the bank of JB Interprises has to try to re-coop the money from Isler and I have a CREDIT to my account in the amount of $1954.00. I could not believe it but it is IN my checking account as we speak. I am told not to use it for a few days until all the paper work goes thru. Also she said I am lucky as the 60 - day limit for a stop payment such as this was not up yet from the time I had written my check. She said that those that used money orders might not be that lucky.

After emailing that email address on fraud that was given to us, I got a return email saying that number was no longer valid. So I proceeded to call the Better Business
Bureau of Colorado on Isler Marting Assc. and told that they could not be of any help in tracing him down or collecting any money - just that he had a "Perimaid" business in Colorado. As a third attempt I wrote to the Attorney Generals of both Colorado (advice from the BBB) and Texas regarding the Isler Fraud and have not heard from them as of yet. Fortunately I will not need their help anymore. Still can't believe it that I was re-embursed. I also had to report my "fraud application" at our local police department. For something that was so embarrassing to do and never had to deal with before, the end results were worth it. I just hope that some of these elderly will have some luck.
