I believe the logic was that the admin of TG found a user called "mechcashceo" or something like that with the same IP that BM was using to post here as BM and Barry James.
Marek put 2+2 together, searched for mechcash and found the above. Maybe he came up with 5 in this case.

It has occured to me too on that angle and it does NOT surprise me one bit at all as their are some other pipsters too who would still extend a hand to provide this alternative... so long there's money paid up front for it... ah haahhhh, so BM has money still....under the mattress??? ...LoL..
I don't want to imagine that but who knows?
One thing is apparent, it is becoming a taboe for business and threat to the other programs if those calls keep getting through regarding the MechCash thingy...The HEAT IS certainly UNBEARABLE for that hoster allowing the IP for one customer...wouldn't you think???
Coincidental???....U ask me???

Just shows how easy it is to cook up evidence to support a theory if you want to ignore all the other possibilities that do not happen to support your case, how typical of TG but I would not have expected Marek to get taken in like this without making a couple of simple checks of his own as I did.
When one uncovers "mistakes" like this it makes one wonder what else we should be doubting and whether TG is trying to lead us all down the garden path so to speak?
So which was it I wonder in this particuar case?
Was itflawed, careless or deliberately misleading in order to fan a fire of their own ignition.

Personally I take anything originating from TG with an entire silo of salt.

Put down the pipe and step away from the keyboard  You can verify the location of the IP address for yourself

Funny,
Silo of salt, that is a good one nej. LOL As we all know, you can register your domain name with any phoney information you want, so this proves nothing, but when one traces your emails back to the same IP address location, this is more conclusive than all the rest of proof I have seen posted.
Personally, I doubt it is Barry, for he is offering partial refunds, and we know this was not offered to those who put money into HALotto, so why would he do it for non PIPSters? No, Bryan coundn't be that disrespectful, could he? It had to be Barry, right? (g)
Good luck to all, Mike

Yes, and someone should also contact the ISP to be certain the IP address is static (rather than dynamic).
My IP address is dynamic. For example: yottanews has a free news server account. The login ID is your IP address. Two weeks after I signed up for that account, my IP address changed. I was then denied access to my account.
Also, my IP address is now different than the one used to join this forum. I could have some trouble maker's IP right now and get banned or be confused with someone else.
Until the entire world uses static IP addresses, you have be very careful before you make assumptions.
