You are right on not making money on Halotto. But he was on top of 10x5, greenzap and I'm not sure of others. I guess we see things differently as to why Bryan did what he did. You have moved onto other things, ie: dinars, (I have some too). I still see Pips returning and you don't. I guess we agree to disagree. I will buy you the first drink at the dinar party to show no hard feelings, ok?

Would of got paid BIG TIME ..IF the people who want everything of Bryan's to FAIL ... SAD really ... WHAT is there real agenda of these trolls ..People that are in programs and rip people of BLIND and LEAVE and nothing SAID .

Well said, and I agree with you my friend.

I have sat on the PIPS fence for some time, taking neither side and never commenting, but it is time to decide.

Bryan has been caught with his pants down this time, there is no denying it, and what little credibility he had has now vanished faster than HA Lotto did.

Respect to Marek for having the decency to inform the membership, it is however up to the members to make their own minds up.

You say that you support Brian because he have more feelings for people. What people? the members of pips? the mebers of Ha lotto??? the members of 10by5 that he have been lying to by using another name???

He havent updated us on the situation or said anything about pips in a very long time.Even if he didnt have any news to post. IF HE really cared about people and had feelings for his member, he would have posted! Ha lotto, exactly the same. he comes on here promotes the program, it goes down and not a word, not a single word and alot of members lost there money on Halotto. And you still say that you support him because he has feelings for people???

But if you belive that having feelings for people is the same as lying to them, take there money and accuse others for something that he have done. Well Then Bryan is your guy.

And saying that we mods dont have any feelings, is that why we spend several hours every day in here. trying to help people that are having problems with different programs and try to help them and donate money so they will recover losses from different hyips. But i guess in your eyes that isnt to have feelings.

I'm sorry but it's you that is blind. Because there is nothing to say about pips until the investigation is over. As for the other name, look what happens when he used his name. He wasn't lying. He has had a handful of people doing their best to destroy anything he was doing.

Unfortunately You forgot to mention a few essential things!

1. Marek did not start PIPS!
2. Marek did not bring down PIPS!
3. Marek did not start this so called "conspiracy" theory as some suggests.
4. Marek did not tell any lies!

Marek did what was expected of him to do!....he acted in the interest of the members and as the Owner of this forum. He decided to reveil the truth and let his members know what is not regarded as an acceptable business practise by many of us.

I am sorry to say, but I was not surprised at all of the harsh and unacceptable language reading BM's last post!....again it just confirmed my suspision of PIPS destiny already realized in December 2004....a sinking ship!

very well said truth....Marek did do what he was supposed to do....and i compliment him....but some on here are "BLINDED"...faith in someone is good to have..."BLIND FAITH" is destructive....we could argue till the "COWS" come home on this matter...but the way Bryan answered Marek's questions by saying nothing which is usually his response showed me his TRUE COLORS....and when he was exposed by Marek his outburst with profanity really looks like a man who has "FINALLY" been caught with his pants down....every one of his HYIP's have failed....and again....it was never his fault..always somebody else....some "CONSPIRACY THEORY" against poor Bryan..he decieved a lot of people...and it seems will continue to do so in the future with some of the responses i am hearing on here....good luck to those who follow him...you will "NEED" it....Pat

What I draw from this is the same as many, Bryan is a very poor communicator, and if you just stop to think and evaluate all that has happened, you will come to the same conclusion I have. If he would have apologized for HA fiasco, and returned people money, no matter how few were impacted, it would have justified hiding under a rock with his next deal, but sorry, to ignore those who put money into HA was dead wrong.

This one action, or should I say inaction convinced me of his true character, or lack there of. It all comes down to trust, and the way he handled this destroyed that last thread of trust, as well as hope that he had ever been honest with us. Sad to say, but true, his last post said it all, and he had to know what a difficult position you were in with FBI questioning you. You did the right thing Marek, so you have my respect and thanks.

To those who think that Marek betrayed Brian, think about this. The FBI calls him, he checks things out and finds that Brian is indeed running another program. If Marek did not say anything about it then, could he be held accountable to the law if it is proven that not only Pips and now the 10by5 was a ponzi?

I know of a pastor in town that got involved in an "investment program" that covered 7 states, and 7.5 million dollars that he was responsible for in his recruiting.

I also know a guy who got involved because he is a high risk taker. At the time that he got involved he was going to school to learn how to Day trade. It was during this time that he learned about what a ponzi is. As he told me everything that described a ponzi, this program had. He immediately pulled his cash out and the whole thing fell apart. The end result was the pastor almost went to jail and he just about lost his church because he used his earnings to construct the building, and he had to repay 7.5 million dollars.
Not to mention those that got involved under him took a heck of a beating, almost losing homes and businesses.


I have said all of this to get you to see things from Mareks point of view.
Marek is also involved in 10by5, and this forum has promoted it. What could happen to him and this forum if this is a ponzi and he knew about it and never told any one?
