Members who have answered the questionnaires will be called for another meeting to verify the documents such as deposit slips, payment receipts,
ETC.

I never was sent a questionnaire and have siginificant amount of monies tied up.

Does this mean I and those who were not ontacted get nothing?

Hello all,
I am not against this member who called the investigation officer but after all we should be discipline and respect what Bryan asked us not to do, that is sending messages or calling the investigation officers. Now it will be important for all of us to consult Bryan before sending the fax to the provided fax number.
We do not really know the effect this fax will bring to the investigation process, specialy in the negative way.
This is my opinion

IO told me 90% of the inves. was completed. IR will be studied by AG, to prosecute or not, AG will decide.If goest to court, if win no problem, if lose, the Judge will decide, money be refunded or not.

So 90% of investigation is done. 90% in 11 months means that there cant be much more than a couple of months left to go!

45H left mate.Taking my thinking time to consider this. Then i might or might not put more light on this subject. Its depends alittle. My view is not very clear from where i stand. I hate to be in this situation i am in now.
