IO told me 90% of the inves. was completed. IR will be studied by AG, to prosecute or not, AG will decide.If goest to court, if win no problem, if lose, the Judge will decide, money be refunded or not.

A good news for me:
PIPS IS FOUND LEGIT AND WILL
GO ON AND I'LL START RECEIVING
MY ROI AGAIN.

When and IF BNM finalise their investigations I would not hold my breath as I can imagine sorting out the confusion of what is owed to whom and then making a payment will take more years than most of have left.
