Thread: My Follow-up with BNM Investigation Officer

The whole idea of pips was obviously never to pay any of us or they wouldnt of closed down the merchant shops and they would of sent checks on time. why this guy isnt in jail is beyond me, i dont understand why this is taking so long but we benefit in no way it seems. im so pissed because not only did i lose in pips but i was convinced to go into solidinvestment also and that f'd me also. im really depressed at this point and dont have much faith in this 3 card monty online biz .

Ray, your an honest man with a very wise head on your shoulders. Whatever you decide, Ill stand by it. It sounds like you have found evidence of fraud, maybe connected with PIPS or a seperate program. And you do not know whether to pursue or not. All I can suggest is for you to do the right thing. What ever your conscience is telling you is usually the correct way to go.

You're exactly right Mike. Just like Marek's first post regarding Bryan, not long ago, alluding to Bryan's mind games he's been playing with the IFF forum and with what passes for a membership there, at the expense of any kind of appropriate contact with the membership of this forum. In general, the population of this forum completely ignored what Marek said and still just went on wondering why Bryan hasn't so much as peeped a word on this forum. Many would later begin to say let's contact BNM, but over and over the ones who ignored Marek's post would, to this day, keep on saying to wait for Bryan to say it's okay, to get Bryan's say on it, all the while seemingly oblivious to the message from Marek that Bryan has been and is ignoring this forum's membership. And, now again, Marek has found himself between a rock and a hard place on this issue, not really wanting to splack out what he knows as what he knows will not necessarily be very palatable. I don't blame him one bit for hesitation, as he knows the tendency to selective attention and disconfirmatory bias of much of this membership as well as the ill mind set and blatant hostility and lies leveled against him from the IFF membership. At any rate, I am for Marek speaking out frankly and to let the chips lie where they will. He's shown himself to be a real friend to this membership and, at this stage, I think truth is all the fuel we need to burn in our consciousness. My 2 cents.

Nobody knows anything more than they did yesterday or last week or a month ago. It will come back...one day...some day. That is the reason that me and mine didn't invest more than we could afford to lose.

I agree with others.....Marek just lay it on the line....If you know something....just tell us. Why should you be loyal to someone who hasn't been loyal to you or others who have been on this forum patiently waiting? Let it fly Marek! I don't think anyone will be surprised by your information.

To the person who was wondering about SI....that is a different situation. There are other "forces" at work there. I got a letter from an attorney who was taking on "investors" cases on a contingency basis to get their money back. That makes me think money is there but someone/something didn't want us to get it. No attorney that i know would freeze assets, start paperwork and court proceedings if they knew they weren't going to get paid......

Well, how about this? Just when I was about ready to give up on Solid Investment. I figured because of all the negative things that were going around they would be pulled so far down they might not get back up. So seeing something positive like this sure perks me up for. Absolutely, makes my day!

Bryan needs to earn the respect by giving respect. So far, his attitude continues to be disgusting deplorable. He keeps silent while Halotto people are expecting words about their money. He brought PIPS to ruin because of this kind of attitude, and his unchanged behaviour proves that he doesn’t take any responsibility for the damage done.

I think what it is, is that some will look at the thread heading, refuse to look at the context, and then proceed to post with all cluelessness. Amazing the Deja Vu here isn't it?
