    Default MERCHANTS PLEASE READ

    Hi all

Firstly many of you fellow merchants know me already some do not, We have been talking with many via email etc and it would seem we are not getting the same info regarding our issues, some are reporting one thing and others are just not getting any answers from p**p**.

If you are a serious merchant and would like to communicate with other serious merchants so we can get a few issues sorted and be able to voice our concerns to Bryan as one, please pm or email me and if we get enough response we could then sort out a private - confidential forum where we can disscus the issues facing us etc and liase direct with somebody from p**p**.

    Hello,

I am not merchant but I would also like to know what is going on. So, could you please update us (members) also when you get in touch with somebody from PIPS?

    Best wishes,
    Hegan

Hopefully they're getting rid of the joker merchants who are charging crazy prices of profit. So many of them were just trying to get money out for members. Good that some people told on them to cause this situation to stop all merchant payments for re-verification. You could EASILY launder the money out of pips through the gift cards, especially if you had large orders. You know how that would look against pips if hundreds of thousands are being funneled through pips into a country and no taxes are being paid.

grouping together to discuss the issues will not help.

Every merchants situation is different. You need to discuss it with Picpay. Not P**Ps

Yes MONEY DUCK that is very true, but at the end of the day many of us look at it with a view that its better to fail having tried than fail without trying.
And if BM agrees to the email sent to him then you will be one changing tunes and joining.

After all this whole thing is to help each other!

    Money Duck,

I do agree that all concerns should go to P**P**. I'm sure all merchants and or members would love to discuss their concerns with P**P** if they where able to get through and or get a ticket answered.
Is there another avenue that we can go to, other than the conventional one that seems to get no response?

That is the whole purpose of what I proposed - so we merchants can contact them as one and eliavate the need for hundreds of emails, which causes more backlogs trying to answer all.
I have sent a message to BM regarding what I posted and am awaiting a reply on his view of it.

    Gareth,
I think this would be a good thing of coarse with BM's approval.
    Please keep us posted!!
