Hi everyone,

I thought to start this string because I just finished listening to the audio CD from October 2004 St.Louis Meeting. I know it's old, however it brought back a lot of great memories about Bryan and PIPS companies.

I forgot that Bryan spent at least 10 minutes discussing his releationship with BNM, Deputy Priminister and the Finance Minister of Malaysia. He said he has all of their personal phone numbers and often meets for dinner. Bryan's comments refreshed my memory about how good his relationship is/was with the appropriate regulatory bodies within Malaysia. I was also thinking about how long PIPS was around before BNM stepped in. This is very interesting indeed. My thoughts are that BNM does in fact know Bryan well and that they had a very good business relationship. There is no coincidence that BNM waited this long to investigate.

I think BNM had to perform adequate due dilligence into the affairs of PIPS to satisfy other jurisdictions outside of Malysia and complaints. I also think BNM told Bryan that they would need at least one year to settle the complaints, respond to the CDOs, talk to other jurisdictions, allow time for Bryan to restructure etc. If Malaysia is truely in support of Bryan and PIPS, which I think it is, PIPS will be back. Even Bryan said after BNM started the investigation in August 2005 that PIPS will be back before 2007. I am confident this will happen. 2007 will be an awesome year for all pipsters.

The only reason why I am saying all these things is because it would explain the long investigation, silence from Bryan and lack of any criminal charges on the part of BNM. Just like the transformers (www.transformersmovie.com), there is more than meets the eye.

Go Bryan! Go PIPS!
