Yes that's right. We can do that.
No more wasting our time for waiting.
It's time they will take us seriously.

But how many of us actually have an "account" with BNM Russ??

Or am I misunderstanding your suggestion???

I, for one, never even heard of BNM until last August!!! But then I'm just another "ignorant American"...

Peace,

Exclamation Don't get me wrong!

I have no intention of interfering with BM, Pips or BNM...

But somewhere the members have to have a voice.

Leaving people in the dark while making dicissions with their money is poor business conduct and BNM should be recognized for their disregard and disrespect by taking unreasonably long to deal with this matter regarding a substantial client.

Bryan Marsden I'm sure is all the wiser for his failing in this (prompt payments to members) but he has an excuse (not just a reason, but an "EXCUSE" )...

The fact that he was focused on helping the most needy populations... (ie Tsunami victims) and I'm sure he would have been huge help in the US for Katrina's victims also had the opportunity been afforded... the proof of his loyalty is in his action and vision... and these facts EXCUSE the business management falling a bit short.

Remember what pips was set up for and Bryan was focused on that.

The BNM is focused on making money and monitoring others... but they have an obligation also to recruit more staff if required to minimise (Pips members, as well as all beneficiaries of Bryans great accomplishments) losses.

It is my understanding that BNM IS NOT A BANK .........It is a governing body for all of the countries banks and financial dealings. There are no banking accounts with BNM.
So the suggestion to close all accounts with them holds no water as there are no accounts with them. Also the suggestions that BNM is making money from PIPS accounts does not make any sense either.......PIPS has no accounts with BNM.............no person or business has an account with BNM. It is just the government body that sets all the rules and regulations for the banking business in their country, and the financial dealings of business in their country.

This is information I have gathered from reading sections posted in various forums taken from websites defining the duties of the BNM.
If I am incorrect, some one with facts on BNM please correct me.

Bryans focus should have been directed towards pips members first and foremost.

Question Its Over Folks

As I stated at least 6 months ago PIPS is GONE. The longer it takes when there is legal action in process the probability of a company coming back fades with the passing of each month. Another thing something about this whole process is just NOT RIGHT it stinks to Holy Heck. Cann't put my finger on it but something is wrong.

Your probably right Goldenoldie but it sure felt good to feel like we have a say.

I do not agree OICu812... Bryans focus was where it was needed most (according to someone with a conscience) and I have nothing but respect for his actions and vission... and I doubt anyone badmouthing him could have done so much for so many. Its not just about investor's money.

srair71 I think your comment above is correct. The old PIPs will not be back the way it was, but will Bryan start another PIPS type deal? Can Bryan take the best parts of PIPS and work them into another program? We learn from our mistakes, and I'm sure Bryan learned some very hard lessions. Maybe Panama would be a better place to start the next time. For me HOPE lives on.

Marek and Yogi, I need your comments on this. And the other Mods as well.

Nothing will happend unless we start to do something.

From my point of view Bryan is not cooperating with us at the moment. Silence has never been very good leadership-thinking.

The Norwegian Authorities/Embassy are in general interested in helping Norwegian abroad. Maybe other Embassies are the same? We need a lawyer or group of lawyers who can work togheter with our Authorities. At least the Embassies are someone we can visit and talk to, to find out if they want to support or not.

BNM need some legal pressure on them. It's right. It is theft what they are doing right now.

And by the way, this is our money, not Bryans. We are in every right to claim them back.

But be aware of there is NOT enough money to pay back the earnings. Even Bryan has admitted that already. What we need to do is to claim back what we invested. Then it will be enough for everyone.

So to get your money back, you need to let go of your earnings. Getting what you really payed/ivested, is far better than not getting anything at all.

And I do believe it will be a lot easier to make the Embassies cooperate if we focus on what we invested - not what we might have earned.

I think Rolclub should start to collect names, username an originally amount invested from those who want to join this. And if someone don't remember what they invested (or try to fool us), the information are still on the internet-site, wich BNM has.

So to get what really belongs to us, we need to get rid of the fear, like Micky said, but at the same time: Let go of what really doesn't belong to us (earnings), and focus on the money who really are ours, those we invested.

As long as the Malaysian Authorities thinks Pips i illigal etc etc. They will NOT give us what we have EARNED in an "illigal" system. But getting our personal invested money back, thats something quite else. Wich we are in every right to claim back.

Sorry nanni. I leave the payback thing upto BM! I am sure he will get the money processed when "##¤%%&& BNM releases the forzen accounts".

As i said in page 3 or 4 in a post.

What i will do with this is simply = nothing, due to:

1) BM's request to not take any further actions.
2) 17700 members of RC are only cosisting off about 10% off all members off pips, and we cant take the action on behalf off the rest aswell.
3) The membership seems devided on the thing if we should, or not.

So if i am not going to do anything, Why stirr up things as some say.
To some news is stirring the pot, and to others its just a news about where we stand per now.!!!

When it comes to BNM, yes i am MAD at them they way they handel things, and i am sure many have questioned their motives.

BUT RC, will not be envolved in any leagal action against BNM.
I will also mention as i said yearliear. I now understand how frustrated BM must be by all the mess BNM creats.!!!

What can't he say, or update, beause it's BNM that pulls the strings.

Marek
