Thread: PIPS and Peraads . . . what next?

Hello members,

Please do not read more into this than is meant. I have some concerns at this point about PeraAds. The reason is because I have asked for a bank accounting on this account and PeraAds has not provided same. They have provided statements they generated but these are not Bank Statements. They still claim we will be paid in March and I should not be concerned. I like to share all information both good and bad. I will tell you I will not allow this program to pass the date they set of May 15, 2007.

It maybe I am over reacting and we will go ahead and be paid as planed. I just would like to let every member know I will stay on top of this and do more to put pressure on them. We have a broad business plan and I assure every member you will not be left behind. We are about to launch several products. We have several new big customers. We also placed a special investment on your behalf to protect you the members to make sure you don't lose your money on my watch.

I know none of you including me got into this to just have my money back. I will say we will return your money with an above normal return. I don't have that number yet and won't know till it matures. I just wished I had held back more to have more set aside for this investment. I can not change the past. I will be do my best to complete this project as planned. Our new project will be totally different. We will have an escrow account for 24VIPINC that many leaders will view from time to time. We will also have for openness and a commission account to show members their commissions are always safe. Since our new arrangement with real financial experts they have set aside all monies as they should be.

We will be a very profitable company and we will make sure each and every member who has placed their trust in us will not be left behind. We have one goal and we will reach it. The goal is complete financial freedom for all members. We are structured that we can withstand this loss if it happens and still go on to reach that goal. Please do not lose sight of what we have set out to do. This can either be taken as a negative message and ruin your mindset or you can read what I am telling you. We will still succeed with all we have to bring to market we can not fail. Our new IT team has put together very quickly the systems needed to bring us success.

Please stay positive we will be fine. I will not allow PeraAds to walk away. They will face a recovery process they will not like. Together we can achieve what separately we can only dream of. This goes for the recovery as well. I will be notifying PeraAds very strongly we expect a full and complete accounting.

Now let us sit back take a deep breath and not over react. We will turn this over to our professional team to handle. I just want to be open and honest where we are. I always told you we had back up plans in case and we do. We will be fine anyway this goes.

Again, more excuses from Mr. Tom Green, who took all of our money. After you read this, ask yourself:

1. How long would it take YOU to make fake bank documents, since you know you will be showing people these documents with the supposed bank information blacked out?

2. He says he 'did his part' and delivered what PeraAds wanted. Well, had he done his part, we would all have the money we were promised 2 years ago. Why is 'his part' to take care of PeraAds, and not us?

3. If he has 'secured us', and has a 'nice investment', why will he not just offer 100% refunds to everyone, even with no interest? Everyone I know would be happy just to get their money back, but Mr. Tom Green will not do that.

4. Mr. Tom Green says that he is not listening to their words, only their actions. Well, we, too, are listening to Mr. Tom Green's actions, not his words. And, his actions are clear, we will never stop recieving new, extended timelines from him, as we have seen over 2 years. His actions are clear, and they sure speak louder than words. If he TRULY wanted to make things right, he would, as I mentioned above, offer everyone their money back.

I would bet anything that there is no PeraAds, and if there is, it is controlled by Mr. Tom Green, thus, they must 'remain secret'. What do I base this on? Let me tell you:

Some people are now being asked to invest in yet ANOTHER company owned by Mr. Tom Green in the Philippines that is supposedly going public. How do you invest in his company and get 30x your money (according to the email)? You send money to yet ANOTHER company of Mr. Tom Green, Techs4Success, in the USA, who will fax a copy of your supposed share certificate in this new public company.

Well, I checked on the website of the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission, and it clearly states that this is illegal, that shares of a public company can only be purchase through licensed dealers in the Philippines (see http://www.sec.gov.ph/circulars/cy,2...o-14,s2006.pdf )

Also, his newest company was just formed late last year (according to his earlier emails), yet of the 3 boards that list public companies, even the most lenient requires the company to have been in business for at least a year (see - Philippine Franchise Business Plus Other Investment Opportunities ).

Also, it is required to have at least $100,000 in paid in capital (cash), so why didn't Mr. Tom Green give us at least some of our money back instead of forming another company in order to get people to send him more money into that new company???!!!!!

We all got scammed out of our money by Mr. Tom Green. I am just glad i did not lose as much as some of my friends who recommended this. I hope people will not continue to lose money on his never-ending schemes.

I can admit I hoped for a return too good to be true, can Mr. Tom Green admit he took our money, and continues to do so?

If he did not steal our money, then just let him public give refunds to anyone who wants it, interest free.

Hi Members,

I have a scheduled meeting with the PeraAds group for either February 14, 15, or 16. At that time I will demand to see all the details of our money. I will demand bank statements, bank account numbers and names, detailed monies earned and where the money is, and when we will be paid. I will no longer accept excuses or dodges.

This meeting will happen and my hope is of course success. We all have a lot riding on this program. You put your trust in me, and I put my trust in the PeraAds group. I did my part and delivered what they asked for and we are all waiting for them to deliver their part. We will go by their time frame of May 15, 2007 not far off now. This is the real date of action on our part. We will hope for success till that date and assume the best. After that date if no results we will take definite action to receive results. We have the group and the power to bring them to our way of thinking. I only want us to be paid and an end to this ongoing excuses game the PeraAds Group appears to be playing. I have not given you the list of excuses but you have heard them all already in many other programs. This program PeraAds has the same set answers when asked when will we be paid.

If they prove funds I will scan and turn these docs into PDF files and upload them for all to view. I will off course black out any banking information so there are no calls to the bank. Every time anyone puts in a name and number out to the members all heck breaks out. If there is real money somewhere let me work through this for the group. I am your contact and we need to keep it that way.

I will update all after the meeting to let you know where we stand. I hope I can report a positive outcome. At this point I am not listening to what they say period. I am listening to their actions. Their actions speak for them.

I have secured us never forget this important fact. We have an investment that will produce nice results to get us some return and our money back.

I will be closing this thread and a string of others as well that are rather repetitive and only leads to confusion and disarray for returning members wanting to trace or track related posts concerning the current development some call it a stupid saga, a farce and even a silly & endless waste of time, well whatever anyone feels opinionated by their individual viewpoints or argument, the Trial on the Mardsens is NOT over and far from closure hence, a main sticky thread will cater to that attention

Any further new threads open just for the sake of an individual's ignorance to the progress surrounding the Marsdens or the Trial or anything else on PIPS or PicPay and all the parties involved will find their newly created thread deleted. Issues related to the past and further back in the past, will be posted in the above thread, click that and stay there with your submitted posts please. This is a start of some pruning and spring cleaning on the PIPS related Forum.
