Thread: PIPS Cleared?

Eventhough the company is/was legit, meaning it was genuinely into investing as claimed. Being investigated by the central bank means

1. there were complaints againts BM and PIPS
2. the company was found taking deposit without permission from BNM which flouts the law

So in respect to writing a letter of appeal for the return of PIPS would be unfruitful. The investigation will be completed in due course and hopefully pay summons and let off with a warning.

I know many of you are worried sick. So am I. But I really don't think doing this is going to make things go any faster. I am not putting any one down, it's just my opinion. God knows I need the money.

I would have to agree with theBat. A letter campaign is not going to expedite things. It will only serve to make inestigation longer by them having to go through all the mail. Best to leave it alone.

I think we should stay out of this and let Bryan run his own company.

Take a small look back into the history of PIPS, and tell me that the members were not partly to blame, and then ask again if a letter writing drive is wise.....(1)members advertised after Bryan asked them to stop (2)members exchanged inside and outside of the program after Bryan asked them to stop (3)members formed groups and joined the 3% program before Bryan gave his approval....

Those are just three little episodes and each one of them caused the C&D's to be issued. This is Bryan's company, yet members became cavalier and took it upon themselves to make the program fit to 'their own needs', not taking into account how their actions and disobedience would effect the program on a whole. Whilst Bryan is the CEO, just how much control were the members allowing him in his own program ? Yet, now, he is having to defend himself and PIPS.

Letter writing...bad idea. Keep your eyes open and your mind sharp and be on the took out for those who have a better way to 'make things happen', because we will be right back in the same soup we are in right now, but there will not be a way out, and we will not see PIPS again.

There are those out there that feel that their accounts are more important than the next members. Those are the members which bear a lot of watching. The ones who are constantly stirring the pot. Those who have left the program, but hang around. Again ask yourselves, if you have been reading in the humble thread, just why are they still active at all in the PIPS forums ??? They have already stated that there is nothing left, no reason for all of us to hang around like ants at a picnic....but yet, they can't help but to post......

Remember the tale of Little Red Riding Hood...or The Three Pigs...wolves, beautiful to look at but deadly to their oponent....
