It would have been much easier for BM to simply pay up 1½ years ago. If he was unable to keep paying 2% he could have given everyone a refund of the original "investment" and later started a new "program". If someone has a rational explanation (other than the usual name calling) to the current situation I would very much like to hear it.

that's a pretty simplistic overview for a very complex issue....

if you have the rational, and accurate, explanation as to why all of the above happened.... then you'd have the right to judge, as you did in your little additional commentary.

The 'Humble Request' thread is now 120+ pages, but I think it is a simple issue. If you calculate (approximate membership) x (lets say 200$) it turns out to be quite a lot of money, where did it all go? I think it is far too much to just mysteriously disappear. I hope someone will be bothered to comment on the 4 points I made my conclusions from.

here's a comment: yeah, that's right (to all five points).

after that.... everything you've said is opinion, speculation, and assumption.... and nothing we haven't heard before.

Here's an idea... you feel confident in your assumptions?.... you want validation?
send yourself a pm, with everything you know about this whole simple affair, included in it.... that way you'll get the answers you're looking for.

The fact you think this is a simple issue is why you need to read those 120+ pages. It requires more than just quickly running through them but seriously considering the implications of the various scenarios leading up to the freeze and investigation.
Sorry but there’s no short cut! But if you are genuinely trying to achieve some understanding of the subject, that is what you would need to do.

I'd like to answer your questions, "WerkostoGuru" (that took some time to think up!), but there aren't any questions. #1. is a given, but none of the others are, shall we say, completely accurate. For your info, #2 HAS been answered before, in other places. As for #3 and #4, I suggest you stop assuming and actually look at facts. You don't know HOW to ask, or WHAT to ask, so there is no way you'd understand the answer.

we as a whole have had too many people writing and calling to BNM
I personally believe all this hulabaloo is what is causing so much
confusion and time being spent on this ivestigation,'
If we would all get out of our own way!!!!!!! this would be cleared up
a lot faster, we have a certain faction of people who are making it
their lifes work to gum up PIPS and BM personally.
I come here only once a month for updates and have moved on to
other interests at this time, if and when this investigation clears up
I will be happy for all of us to get a chance to recoup our monies.
But, this is a part of our life that is not controlled by us so discretion
and patience at this point is the norm. Hope all have a happy memorial
day, and peace to all of us.
