I no that we have been through this a million and one times but I just want to ask the true Pipsters out there when do they think (just a guess) that the program will be back in the restructured form. I don't want any of the trolls response we already no what you are going to say (response from only positive Pipsters) I personally think that it is going to take at least till the end of 06
