Kingpau is correct. The C & D Order is perfectly clear on this point. I doubt whether the hosting company have been made aware of the problem.
Also, to hold a gambling license offshore, it is necessary to have the server located within the jurisdiction. Once again, the legal position is perfectly clear.
In the past, Mr. Marsden has demonstrated some disregard for the niceties of the finer points of the law - PipsAid was never licensed anywhere.

pipsaid license was revoked. To have a license revoked you have to have one in the first place.

Manic1 - not too sure about that. Neither the fraudulent former Anjouan registrar nor the current (presumably not fraudulent!) registrar say that they ever issued a licence for a lotto - but then again I would believe them almost as much as I would believe Marsden. PipsAid claimed to be a charity based in Malaysia but was never registered as such.

    Angry

Given the ongoing investigation by BNM, one would have thought that the legalities would have been addressed before the lotto started.

Is the lotto is now being run from a USA state that has effectively banned pips ?

To the those that indend to promote HA Lotto, I would strongly encougage seeking some legal advise before proceeding. In all likelyhood it is not legal to promote in most juistrictions and I would hate to see anyone dragged before the courts (or worse). I think enough people have been hurt and bankrupted by PIPS already. To blindly continue promoting these schemes is a foolish and irresponsible act.

No the lotto is not being run within the borders of the U.S., the website is hosted by a Houston, Texas company. The hosting company may not be aware that they are breaking their state law's by hosting Bryan's HA Lotto.

Bryan is running the program from some unknown location outside of the U.S.
