Thread: Why all the scare mongering?

Its got nothing to do with Greed, its all to do Communication. Remember, this is an online opportunity, and we know how most of them end up, so its only natural when things go wrong, and then mngt don't say a word, that everyone panics.

Here in Australia, most businesses are focused on service and results. Companies that don't perform go broke. I'm not sure how other countries work, but reading through here it seems people are used to being treated poorly. If people don't complain, mngt will keep doing what they always do, and nothing will change. I admit people can go overboard with their complaints, but it is deserved. The amazing thing is if BM or Garry or someone took 5 minutes to let people know what they are doing, there would be a lot less panick. Maybe its back to Customer Service 101 for them.

Probably BM or GN are fed up of giving incomplete news and must be waiting to give 100% good news. I meant after clearing all the existing problems.

Sounds like a decent deal to me...still, NO word so far doesn't mean attitude & ignorance are deliberate in play.... benefit of the doubt still rules, speculation remains "unqualified".
