Gee, I think I changed direction in this thread, a remix, re-hash, re-organisation for the overall benefit of the 200,000 odd people with hopes and dreams is fine by me. I am not about to say that we should stick with the original info, and demand that we are satisfied.
I am a company director, and I have to switch plans very often to get the best results that I can.

If it needs to be changed for the better!!!
    Bring it on.

    8) guys, some of you sound like a bunch of chickens seeing the butcher coming.....

Pips is a special program to be compared with a PPP.

If you know what a ppp can generate, then you wont have to
even think that restructuring is any good of a idea

Google up PPP, and that will enlighten your mind.

The only place i would like to see some restructuring is...........
oh well, i leave that up to Bryan

The restructuring will have to happen as it has grown too quickly. But it will be for the long term good of this program and its members. Authorities/institutions are wary of the big returns so that may be toned down just to bring down their defences. I would also feel more comfortable with the program seeing more money reinvested in the staff and infrastructure, and in readiness for public listing. The feeling i get is things are being reined in as part of a long term strategy.

Anyone been in a company that has expanded quickly? I have, and as a manager i know a few things about the growing pains that can happen.

A lot of people seem to have a black and white view of the world and no idea of how companies operate internally. Those people pips can do without.

    Hi.

The Only Re-structuring I see that Needs Doing, is for us Members to Re-structure our Thoughts to Remember that we are Members of Bryan's Program.

So Far, except for the Present W/D Hiccup, he has Done Really Terrifically without our Input.

I thought we had Left this Sort of Topic with the Old Forum.

It is so disapointing to see it Surfacing here.

I don't care if I get Flamed for this.

But think about what I have just said very carefully.

I apreciate your input, however, I believe that what I have thrown on the discussion table was not degrading or demeaning. Many members see the hiccup as you put it with WD's as more then just that. I feel that what I posed for thought was constructive.

THere will be no flame thrown from me, however I dissagree with your post.

    Freedom.
