I e-mailed Picpay support and asked them to enquire from senior management when we would get back our $1350, the reply was that IT has to reconfigure something and then it will be refunded

There was no time frame put on this. Hopefully they will get on with it.

I cannot understand why it should be so hard to refund something from P**S back to Pic**y

As for the DBR Pool I suggest we all ask Thumper.

It sounds like an IT problem. When I was in my 5yr trust back office and tried to do the refund, I ended up with an error message and the refund was not transfered.

I'd like to get it back ASAP, so I can put it in my pips account.

If anyone else gets their refunds, please post how here.

My refund is back into my Picpay account. Do not use the refund button where Brian put the message. Go to transaction and then use the refund button on that page.

I just did it!

Refund instanly back in my account...

I went to the transaction page and tried to request a refund, however, I kept getting the following error message: "Invalid Process ! Please Try Again (message no. 9)" :(

Anybody else having this problem?

I have just done what haka said, and refund is now back in my account. I had previously tried the refund button underneath message on first page, but it failed, but the refund inside "transaction" worked straight away.

Wow your actually getting a refund? doesn't sound like the actions of an outfit that are supposedly running a scam to me!!!
