Thanks for keeping us updated Marek. I haven't checked on the site in a couple of weeks and I see that no positives have been created by Bryan or resolved for PIPS. I guess I could have made that statement over 6 months ago or for withdrawals, over a year ago.

Thank you Marek for making your enquiries to Bryan. Good to know he is fine and by implication Sharon aqs well. As to not responding to your request to give us an update I remember Bryan has said 'not until there's good news to tell'. I know we all feel Bryan is a man of his word and an honourable man to boot so lets be patient and wait for the good news even though that may be hard for some. Thanks for trying anyway Marek

It's good to know that someone is looking out for our interest. I would like to believe that BM is trying to do the same. I have some idea how some of the foreign governments function, therefore, it is quite possible that he's run into a stone wall there. However, on the other hand, we are getting to the point where we need to question the do nothing situation, where we have absolutely no idea if anything happening at all, or, if we are making any progress whatsoever. Just how long will this nonsense drag on? Are they still investigating the way BM conducted his business enterprise?
Somehow, we should seek to see the end of the tunnel. Soon! Seven months waiting and not knowing hardly anything is long enough...
Even though I believe BM is dedicated to bring P... back, my other side tells me that we need to know the whole story.
These are my thoughts. I like to know what do you think, or anyone else?

Thank you Marek, I just want to say I hope Brian is well and hope he can pull Pips out of the mud again. I still beleive he do his best and I will not give up my hope that we will see Pips running again.

You may want to just relax. You know how the system works.. what can he do? You have to have charges put against you before you can fight something. If they had him on anything substantial, they would have presented a case. At this point, they are looking under every stone and trying to make a case out of anything they can. The fact that it is taking them so long makes me think they just can't find anything significant enough to win in a court of law. The other strategy is to shut him down.. leave him with no employees, lost businesses and equipment, vandalism, break his spirit. If all this fails.. they probably are hoping the members will get stupid and form some big lawsuit against pips... anything to stop that business. The banks have gotten so large through their mergers and acquisitions, they don't need our money any more. Prime is up to 7.5%, so borrowing money costs us a lot of interest. They borrow money from the Feds at 4.0% if they need it. Problem is, these banks are so big now, they don't need it. They loan at prime plus and take all the profits and give us zero interest. How do you think they feel about Pips?? I believe this is what Pips was all about. Trying to help the little guy own a home and have a life without being at the mercy of banks and governments. I don't care if I have to leave this alone until my grandkids can get it. I don't want to make the banks happy. Also, if this one gets flushed... I'd be the first to jump up and invest with him again. He now knows much more of what doesn't work and what does. Try to just see the big picture from a world wide view instead of from just personally having your dreams put on hold. I think if Bryan knew of any way we could make a difference, he would tell us how to do it. He has asked us just to wait it out with him. He has given up much more than we have .. our only real loss is what we put in, not what it supposedly was going to pay. This is, of course, just my perspective from working in lawfirms and being a public accountant/auditor. I understand all the disappointments, but we just need patience. Pips members are really good people and we just all need to keep the faith.
