The reason Bryan can't e-mail us direct is that he doesn't have access to the e-mail addresses. All of the e-mail addresses were on the servers and they are now in the possession of BNM. Bryan is working off of a laptop computer.

This is not true, Bryan has our emails. He may not be able to send mass emails to us, but Marek could do this for him from his server (same as he did when they announced Halotto). Remember, after that email was send, lots of PIPS members came to Rolclub. They were not aware of this forum before, therefore they didn't have a clue what happened to PIPS when the site went down. It seems like Halotto was the only reason Bryan came to the surface.

Marek/admin is deleting posts that raise any questions as to his/her motives in "stirring the pot" with a newsless news flash that did not even come from Bryan, and yet, allowing posts that trash-talk Bryan, so it's not about "negativity". What's up, Marek? Answer me privately, if you do not wish to expose something "sensitive" on this forum. Why have you deleted 2 of my posts and all of MrLover's post in the last 48 hours? What do you NOT want discussed?

We were told that it could be a year or two for BN to sort out. They only started last summer. I am struggling too and feel for all of my pipster friends who are in dire straights but we did take a chance and knew the risks.

I do believe we will see things resurrected eventually. Meanwhile I am getting on with my life. Brian will tell us when there is something to tell us.

Knew the risks? I am soooo sick of reading, "we knew the risks..."
If the investment went bad, that is one thing, and we all knew the risks there, but to just keep saying "we knew the risks" instead of trying to find out where our money really is and whether or not it was fraud, a scam or stolen is a totally different thing.

There is a huge difference between "losing" on an investment and being scammed out of our money. I am DEFINITELY NOT SAYING this was fraud or a scam, and I hope and pray it wasn't, but none of us really knows for sure 100% what the real situation is. But if it was... someone has to be held responsible and the almost "deity-like" image needs to end.

The bottom line is, if my bank sent me statements of my account showing lots of money, but wouldn't let me withdraw anything, and then closed the doors, and nobody really knew 100% why, and there was no official news whatsoever, I'd have to think something or someone ripped me off.

I certainly wouldn't be praising the bank president or officers for a job well done and worry as to whether he/they was doing fine or not. I'd be more concerned about my family first, and then the well-being of other depositors. Maybe I am a hopeless dreamer and perhaps a total fool, but I am still hopeful PIPS will come back.

Marek replied already, if you don't want emails from Rollclub you can turn off that option. The majority of the members want to receive news re. Bryan, even if it's only that he's OK, as his months of silence make us wondering if he's still alive.
