Just a thought - the lotto site is still up with little or no activity? Is it not costly to let a site run? Why would BM keep this site up if he was not coming back with something?

I once remember him saying he started the lotto site by negotiations with the programers and he didn't have the money to start the site.

From my (little) experience, many hosting sites work with annual payments for the year to come. That might be an indication of an answer to your question...
But I shouldn't worry about this too much... and consider it a minor issue compared to the investigations result etc. Whatever will be the case, as time goes by we'll find out for sure.
