I do know of a group in Canada that recently engaged the services of a large, international law firm. The intention was to attempt to obtain more information from BNM than is currently available. Mostly they wanted to establish the worth of all PIPS assets that have been frozen and to know what legal options may exists to secure payment for monies owed by PIPS and Picpay. I was approached by one of the group, someone I helped join PIPS way back but declined as I am convinced the legal approach in this sort of thing is futile. Anyway, I can tell you that the group spent close to $5,000 to get what is essentially the same result as Marek obtained in his recent call to BNM. Basically the group was informed by the law firm that it is currently impossible to proceed in the matter and recommended putting everything on hold until such time it becomes clear what one would be dealing with.

And that's what will happen again!

Anyone still believing that we'll get our money's worth, our time's worth or anything worth triving for?

Chester, thanks for bringing this under our attention. I HOPE now that everybody also READS and UNDERSTANDS it. If some still want to continue, I start doubting whether it's just stubborness that drives them.

YB... btw... people belonging to the action-favoured group you monitored are each day so visible, loud and clear for all that one must be blind not to be aware of them. So I really see no use in voicing there point of view (when you don't agree with them). It gives them only more volume and affirmation.

Then, I think it's much more helpful to think along with them on their 'logical pathway' like srair71 & C° so successfully did, here... Which apparently isn't such a satisfying road to follow after all...
Hoping that they'll also read and finally listen to the logic... rather than (more and more the essence of the story) the ever lasting irrational Iwant bird.

Who are you going to seek legal action against? BM or BNM! According to BM last post He does not have a pot to P in or a window to throw it out off.
You cant get something that is not there. We know how much THERE SHOULD BE. (BUT IS IT?) I just lost 10K in another program that was paying
every week. Then nothing, no contact or way to contact.
AT LEAST BM COMES IN HERE AND POST. Forget legal action and wait
