What a shocker it's going to be for Plattypus when this whole mess is done with and Bryan is able to bring on the re-structured program. That will put his book permanently in the "fiction" section.

To all who have said it is odd that OP didn't wait until the outcome of the investigation before publishing: good point.

However, the obvious counterpoint is: it seems many people don't need Bank Negara to tell them about the true nature of PIPS. It is in the manner that it BEHAVES that causes people to reach conclusions.

I had to come and respond to this comment. Owen writes a book about pips being a scam. He knows that the bank is investigating Bryan and Pips. But instead of waiting for the final report about pips being a scam that would be provre his case, he comes out ahead of the final report. That is insane unless he knows that Pips will be found to be legit and all of Owen's hard work would be worthless. How do you write a book and forget the final chapter? Because his book is just forum posts and assumptions.

The true nature of PIPS? Anyone that's truly interested in the truth must wait until the investigation is over.

Those that are truly interested in the truth are the same people that truly have everyone's best interests in mind. These people are aligned with the true goal of PIPS.

Those that have been acting based on their logical, reasonable, assumptions (speculation) have an entirely different agenda; they are not seeking the truth.

Final chapter? Truly the truth? So you are saying that the findings of Bank Negara will be the definitive truth about PIPS and Bryan? That IS what you are saying.

And it surprises me. First, it violates Bryan's "if it doesn't come from me" rule; second, Bank Negara has already been trashed far and wide on this forum as the enemy, etc. But now you are saying you will accept what it says... even if it conflicts with what BM has said? Well, I am looking forward to that! I was expecting that folks would trash any negative finding of the bank as part of a big conspiracy, etc. If not, I would stand corrected.

As for the book, you say Owen is doing it because he wants to make sales before the bank proves him wrong. I suspect he did it ahead of time 1) because he was finished and 2) as a gamble, hoping that a negative finding of the bank will put PIPS in the news and the book will already be there on the market.

And yes, I still say one can "know" the "true nature" of something by its behavior. Takes experience and trusting one's instincts. Take me: I thought PIPS was dodgy even before I knew that there was ANY problem with WDs. Nothing since surprised me; it has walked, talked, etc., right down the line (and off the cliff).

Sorry but that is just my opinion. When I think of Bryan, I hope I am right and he gets punished. When I think of all y'all, I wish I was wrong....
