So, now i see how your post blew up into a can of worms so to speak. And to add to many,thanks for the info. I don't see it as bad. Mis-read interpreted etc etc. Not bad.

I contacted the manager of Anjouan by email and was informed that the pipsaid site has been revoked because of non-payment.........BUT, what I have also been informed of (by a different, but reliable source) is that the pipsaid site is being ALLOWED TO EXPIRE AND IS NOT THE SAME AS HALOTTO SITE.

I too believed that pipsaid and halotto were taking up the same cyberspace and were considered the same by this licensing agency. But from what I can ascertain, this is not so. They are two different entities(entities may be too strong a term, but for lack of a better one at this moment....).

I am no expert on the dynamics of how sites are built or maintained, so my knowledge of what questions to ask is limited. Therefore, I do not in any way believe that my post here has satisfied the masses. Those of you on this forum who do have such knowledge, please, let us know what questions to ask and I will be more than happy to ask them. Or, feel free to email Anjouan and ask them yourselves.

My doubts have been put to rest about the halotto site and will remain so as long as I have confidence in the sources from which I received this info. At this point, I have no reason to believe there has been any intended deception. It also helps in that I was not placing all hope in the halotto being a success. No worries.
