I think it's time a few home truth's came out!

1) I work as a financial investigator. If the local police, government or any other local authorities gain a Restraining Order, they can freeze everything in their own jurisdiction regarding Bank Accounts. However, they have to supply the account holders with a legitimate amount of money per week to live.

2) If the accounts are frozen, WHO THE HELL ARE YOU GOING TO SUE!!!!! DDDDUUUUHHHHH THE MONEY IS FROZEN. IT CANT BE USED. NO DINERO, NO EUROS, NO DOLLARS, NO MULAH, NO MONEY!!!!!

3) I would leave everything alone. Beleive me, AN INVESTIGATION INTO AN ACCOUNT WILL NOT SPEED UP BECAUSE SOMEONE PHONES UP. THE RESTRAINING ORDER IS REPLENISHED EVERY 90 DAYS UNTIL THE INVESTIGATION IS CONCLUDED.

4) You will not get any information from anyone because if the BON was found to have been running a companies account that was not legitimate, they will be fined in the extremist sense especially in this day of money laundering, terrorism etc...

5) You were warned on the front page of the P**S website that you shouldn't invest more than you could afford .. Yes i feel for the desperate that did. IF YOU WANT BRYAN TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS ACTIONS....SO SHOULD YOU!!!!!!!

If you want to try and sue bryan, why not send all your money to me and i will represent you. You might as well let me spend your money without being able to do anything rather than pay a fat cat lawyer who will be rubbing his hands together and licking his lips thinking about the 20,000 dollars that you have just paid him.

In fact better still, roll your $ bills up and smoke them. You might get a bit more worth out of them.

Face Facts, if Bryan doesn't want to say anything, he wont. ARE YOU GONNA BE ABLE TO CATCH HIM.

How could this speed up the ongoing procedure(s)? *Question* imho is: does it *solve* anything. And imho it doesn't. Imho... and please don't take this personal but... from the very beginning I really wondered what you or anyone for that matter could do better than the Swedish Embassy. (Which was my answer to a similar idea at TG too btw.)
Anyway... I guess reality has answered this issue by now .

And... to at least answer your own question in some way too: I guess an office won't work faster when they get telephone calls from people asking how things are going. Imho for them, this is just a 'bother' and not a stimulation at all. Some other interesting thoughts can be found in the 'joining of pips 2004' thread too.

ps So I agree with pwmpablos, 4profit,... and those others I didn't manage to read the contributions of... but...

MAREK: DON'T TAKE THIS (imho serious and maybe too impulsive mistake) WORSE THAN IT IS. Done is done. People do make mistakes. And... as far as I'm concerned (except when this was the drop that make the case turn down ;)) it's an easily forgiven one.

Look, this is what the latest BON reply says "...we found some business practices which in our opinion are not proper. Now we will do the next step in the investigative process which is turn over our findings to the legal department so they can decide if these findings merit any kind of legal action."

Regardless of what you imagine it says, that is really all it says. For all we know the findings may be some overlooked regulatory statutes and P*IPS will be hit with some fines. But there is no way any rational thinker can conclude this statement implies any criminal conduct or corruption which is precisely what many are implying that it says.

The previous BON responses said basically the same thing ..." we are finishing up our investigation and will be sending our findings to the prosecutors office"

"strong belief of bad business conduct" could mean anything, especially coming from a person who doesn't use english as their main language.

what everyone is forgetting is that if the withdrawls would have ben paid on time...or in a timely fashion...probably non of this would b happening.....if i had money in a bank and i would write a check....or ask for a withdrawl...and 8 months later i still was'nt able to cash that check...or withdraw my money.....what would u do??/....yea....right...the same thing the so called anti-pippsters did....alert authorities.....its squarely on Bryan's shoulders...and no one else...if he would have paid members like he should have non of this would b happening...IMHO.....blame who is to blame.....Pat...oh...and P.S....i only invested what i had to....but that does'nt change anything...if i'm owed money,iwant to b paid..just like anything else
