I rarely post on this Forum but in light of what has been written in the last several days
I feel it is necessary to forward an e-mail that I received from a friend I met in Chicago, IL at a local PIPS Meeting. She has contacts with some of the Pioneer members and in whose opinions I value highly. Read the following and give what is contained some deep thought.

“We can all read the same things and hear the same words, yet draw totally different information from these. So read this and understand that even though Marek wrote exactly what he thought he heard on the phone and we are all reading what he thought he heard there are a lot of different conclusions being drawn from it. There may be one or many that are correct. Bottom line is, we will not know the answer until it is possible for the authorities to give a full explanation without trying to protect themselves. Bank Nagara is protecting themselves. Therefore whatever information they give or withhold is for their benefit and not for the benefit of Bryan or PIPS/PicPay.

Just my slant on all this information/lask of information.

I did take the liberty to call BoN myself as I was tired of all the rumors. Here is what I got.

I was put back and forth between people in the bank, before I was put over to Mr. Maslan (pardon me, not sure how to spell the name).

I introduced myself as the administrator Of Rolclub, and told a little about what Rolclub stands for. When he was made aware of this. He answered a few questions.

1) Q. Can you tell me what the status of the investigations is?

A. We are nearly done with the investigations.

2) Q. What is the result of your investigation? Or what have you found so Far?

A. We have reason to believe that things arent all as they should be, and therefore have our Deputy officer to review the findings, before we send it to the public prosecutor. BoN is now positive twards further investigations of pipsinc findings. And further investigation are only done when we have Strong reason to believe "not good conduct of business."

3) Q.When will we get more information on what happends to pips, and its investors money.

A. I dont know. It might take some time still, as the findings has to go through several places. We can not share information on this time because of our laws. We have to abide by them.

4) Q. Will you soon update your website with the latest Information?

A. Our legal department has asked us to not share or post to much information about Pips on the Web. When the investigations are done, we will send the update to our public/media department, that will issue an statement.

Reason - Information - Disinformation

When there is a storm outside you can't really hear the voice of reason or the voice of the gentle heart.

Two posts reflects the above; first Tors (tmaa) excellent post:

1. As to the information from the BN official about possible "bad conduct of business", that has in my opinion to be taken for what it is worth. A statement from someone whose job it is to do nothing, but look for such issues.

2. If these issues had been crystal clear in PIPS disfavor I am pretty sure that BN would have done something about it a long while ago. The fact that they are still spending time on it can be taken as an indication that they have not yet been able to come up with anything substantial.

3. The fact also remains that not until their findings have been heard by a court of law and not until the court has ruled on the issue, can anyone, including BN, have a valid and legal opinion about this.

4. Finally, how can it be that an official representative from the Swedish Embassy in KL recently contacted BN and was told that they had concluded their findings and a report was on its way to the Malaysian Attorney General. Its strikes me as very peculiar to put it politely, that information from the same office can be so contradicting.

There is no doubt in my mind that there are strong forces behind this, much stronger forces than BN. To me it looks like BN is merely a pawn in this nasty game and that is also why they are dragging their heels and giving all sorts of different information.

Until we have the final say from the court, however, everything remains the same.

Further: how come BoN in the first place gives us any information under an ongoing investigation? What is the effect of BoN:s "default" statement, "reason to believe.", "bad conduct of business."? First, they justify their investigation and secondly they most effective point at Bryans direction as being the one to blame for this hole mess! They have no interest, what so ever, having 150000 members from everywhere initiate legal action.

Hey club, What's up?

I know that this post may not make me very popular between the negative posts and the silence of Bryan, but please hear me out. Bryan doesn't have a stronger supporter than me, but please hear me out.

Most of you know that I went to Malaysia in May, just a few weeks before Gary and Warren resigned. I had several good conversations with several managers, Gary, Bryan, Sharon, Warren, and many of the "girls" that we all talked to on the phones. Things were already in pretty bad standing. Warren had come in wanting to make a lot of changes because he had no idea how many problems were cropping up all over the world. The first day in his office there were three new C&D orders from different US States, one from Canada and one from another country, New Zealand I believe though don't quote me on that. I remember also hearing the name "Queen Beatrice" if that rings any bells...

The gist of a lot of those conversations was that PIPS and it's subordinate companies were working in different jurisdictions all over the world. Imagine, if you will, taking on a project like that and trusting certain people to ensure that in absolutely every jurisdiction the company operated in, it kept track of every little change to applicable laws and immediately complied with all of them.

An example given in Gary's office was this: Bryan wanted to ensure that he could help as many people as he possibly could. Pioneers will remember that in the early days, people who lived in Malaysia could not participate because of some kind of laws about that kind of program operating out of their own country. By using some kind of structure in another country (Panama I believe) he was able to allow some of these to participate. Syed, the PIPS attorney who many of us met prior, had already left PIPS to study international law, but it was his understanding that this would be a lasting structure. According to Warren (the example given in Gary's office) this was an international no-no and should not have been attempted.

There were several things that Warren alluded to but didn't name and I won't even make a guess as to what all they added up to, but basically, he said that he couldn't believe the incoming surge of little problems coming in from so many jurisdictions. He said that ALL of them could be overcome and corrected, but some things had to be changed in order for that to happen. Some of them that he mentioned were things that were all over the old forums: closing new memberships, closing the forums, decreasing the benefits of PIPS and so on. He said that he had handed over thick, lengthy documents supporting all of these arguments to Bryan, and shortly after June we saw the forums go away.

While no one supports Bryan more than I do, I can say that communication isn't his strong suit, even when he's allowed to speak. I believe, and will continue to believe, that he is not allowed to speak right now. Until the investigation is over, I don't believe that anyone is legally able to speak about inconclusive results.

I believe that PIPS as a company had some short-comings. I believe that Bryan tried to do too much on his own and didn't delegate nearly enough. I believe that Bryan micro-managed the entire thing to death. This inefficiency early caused problems later on and when he had to depend on people like ... well, we won't name names... but when he finally did release some responsibility to others to ensure proper compliance in all of those jurisdictions that he was trying to operate in...he got let down. There is no doubt they were swamped, they didn't really get their reigns until it was ALMOST too late and when they did, they didn't do enough. They had enough money and could have got a lot more staff but not enough was done too late in the game to sort it all out.

I believe these things because they were discussed face-to-face with me. I also believe that Bryan has some aces in the hole. I have reason to believe that. Don't ask.

Bottom line is, I believe in Bryan and what he started out trying to do. I believe that he is capable of winning the war though there may be a few "not good conduct" battles that he will certainly lose. He Gary and Warren told me that, though not exactly in those words.

More than all of this, I believe that if we give up on Bryan now, the Negativity generated by hundreds of thousands of people will collectively be the end of what we all have worked and hoped for. Please don't give up on Bryan. Please have the faith, equivalent to a mustard seed, and if you can't believe that he WILL WIN, then at least believe that there is a CHANCE that he MIGHT WIN.

Please don't give this any negative energy. Instead, pray, or whatever you might call it in your belief system, with a sincerely open heart...put forth your positive "prayer," "energy" or whatever and then ask the question of what will happen without worry.

Many people have heard me say that everything happens for a reason, but I don't believe that Bryan brought us all to this point to lose. Let's win this. Help Bryan by giving him your good thoughts and energies and wait it out. Once the investigation is over we will see what the true findings are and whether or not the general population is making mountains out of ant-hills.

Give Bryan a chance. Some feel that they have already given him a chance but if you look at how slow the legal system is and how many jurisdictions they have to investigate (at least 72 that I know of) and all applicable laws, you would KNOW that it's going to take a while longer.

You have absolutely nothing MORE to lose by doing this and everything to gain if we are successful COLLECTIVELY by waiting and giving good energies.

We are all adults

Hounding Bryan is not going to get things done any faster, hounding the different officials is not going to get things done any faster.

If you want to play in the big pond you have to understand there is a risk that the big fish will want what you own. They may take what is yours and there may be nothing we can do, one because we are small and inexperienced, two because it was successful and most are jealouse when others are successful. Hopefully we can learn from this experience.

Like many of you I put in considerable funds and I should be reaping great rewards, sadly I am not, however I came into this with eyes open and I am an adult.

If there is any chance of recovery it will be because we are patient and do not cause any more grief than has already been caused by those who caused this to happen, or those that are delaying the process from being completed.

This is not the first internet group to be shut down while being investigate and I am sure it will not be the last. The greater the reward the higher the risk. If you want safe secure investments invest in savings bonds at 2.5 percent per YEAR.

Lets get on with our lives and allow the process to finish, for the better or the worse.

I personally am sick of hearing the whining, and although I want to be kept informed I would like to be kept informed by adults not cry babies who want to force a situation that can not be forced.

I will be thankful and greatful if it gets resolved and I get something out of this. Hounding Bryan will not resolve it or get us any closer to resolution.

Ladies and gentlemen let us act like mature adults, be thankful that someone had the guts to try and gave us an opportunity for gain. Have faith that it will be resolved or accept that it is gone and get on with your life.

I want to state my support for Marek and my support for Bryan. Bryan, I know it doesn't seem like it but we all want you to be successful. We also have no idea what you're going through. If you could just give us a scheduled update, I'm sure the rhetoric will die down. A weekly or bi-weekly report will help thinks greatly. . . even if it's just to say, "Today's update is that there's nothing new to report."

Almanzi, I do appreciate your sharing this information with us. It is true that sometimes we can not see the forest for the trees. We are all disappointed with Bryan's communication.....now we need to get beyond that and give him all the encouragement we can muster. Obviously some things are beyond his control right now.

Does anyone ever think that this whole thing with months of pressure could have sent Mr. Bryan into depression? You find it hard to communicate when you are depressed, especially if you do not have the news everyone is waiting for. So, Cool it! and let everything take its course, Pray for the man and yes, start a fund and all of you contribute something.

almanz1 , what a fantastic post, it should be put as a first on a seperate thread, to get those pples heads and minds together again.
