You are way out of line here, first contacting BON in the first
place, and then questioning Bryans evaluation of what is the
best way to deal with the situation.

You ask how asking BON for an update can slow down the process?
Let me aks you this, where have you been the last year?

This is EXCACTLY what has happened with various banks, Speedywallet
and more. When thousands of people start calling their switchboard, they
dropped PIPS like a stone to water.

Oh, excuse me, you think maybe it would not be so many people calling BON?
Well how could you possibly control and administer this? If it starts to spin,
it will get out of control, and when Bryan contacts them for an update
or to participate in the process to speed things up, he will hear that they
are tired of PIPS members contacting them all the time, and that he needs
to wait for them to call him when they have something to report.

Surely, this is not a dream situation for anyone. I don't like to wait more
than anyone.

BUT, we have trusted Bryan this far, and believe me, if we turn on him now
to do some Marek-based revolt to "speed things up" I can assure you the
whole thing will collapse faster than you can spell C-H-A-O-S.

Marek, you are the Admin of this forum, not an know-all leader.
Speaking for myself, I did not join your Forum because you are the voice of
reason and experience within PIPS. Bryan is. Know your place, and leave
these things to Bryan. You will only make things worse.

HHMMM, read this tread again and others and you'll understand, each time the man makes a post his words are turned around, laughed at, twisted, misunderstood, he's called a liar.
I have a lot of respect for this man, he never run while he has had enough time to do that and he is still trying to solf the problems in our bennefit while in my opinion a lot of you don't deserve that.
There are a lot of things happening behind the scenes which we are not aware of, so stop blaming anybody until we know what really has happened.
Lot's of you naysayers who are blaming Bryan now will be praising him if he brings PIPS back and pretend that you were supporting him all the way.
Being negative has never helped anybody, in the contrary it only makes things wors.
And I see that there are suddenly many new members to attack Bryan, the trolls have smelled blood again and are trying to stir things up again, don't be fooled and keep calm. The only thing we can do is wait until we know the outcome of the investigation until then support Bryan. He's the only one who can pull us trough.

Firstly I wish to thank Marek for his initiative in making contact with BON and providing the first response that I have seen from BON about the ongoing investigation into PIPS even though this was a slightly evasive set of responses.

I frankly am sick of being treated like a mushroom,and I do not believe I have to elaborate upon this.

In terms of our rights I notice that the old defensive mechanisms are up again in various ways ie,

1. Contact with the BON will slow the investigation down.
2. You were all told not to invest/loan more than you can afford to lose.

Lets face it point 2 should have always been clear to all who opened a Picpay and PIPS account given that we were involved in high interest investments.

As to point 2, if our investment/loan has been lost an understanding of why it was lost would take the heat out of the situation and those who are desperate financially would at least know that they have to look elsewhere for financial relief.

It seems to me that the lack of information about the BON investigation can only be addressed in a time line manner and I would like to canvass support amongst PIPS account holders along the following lines.

As I understand it PIPS accounts numbered approximately 200000,and given that there would have been mutiple account holders we must be talking about approximately 50000 PIPS account holders across almost every country in the world.

In anyones language that is a significant number of people who virtually have had no voice or knowledge of what led to the investigation other than rumour.

I have heard a number of versions the primary one is that a group of PIPS account holders in England complained to BON about their inability to withdraw funds from their PIPS accounts via Picpay and that this was the catalyst to the investigation.

I suggest that Marek who at least knows who to ring should be encouraged to contact BON and ascertain the name of the person who would have authority to receive a letter written on behalf of PIPS members.

The style of letter could include a request on our behalf for information as to the following.

A. The reasons for the investigation.

B. Can BON provide any information about the state of the PIPS investments which after all we contributed to which can be verified by documentation.

C. Can we be given information about the anticipated time frame before conclusion of the investigation.

d. Will the findings of the investigation be advised to PIPS members.

I for one feel that if we received that style of information those who are relying on a PIPS comeback would know where they stand.

What makes you think that it hasn't collapsed already? You must have some first hand information that no-one else has.

I believe Marek was doing us all a favour by contacting BN. Since we can't seem to get any communication or lack of it from BM, then someone has to step up to the plate and find out what's happening.

The money in the members picpay account could not be withdrawn due to an 8-10 month back log. So the only way to get money fast was to sign someone up for pips and exchange the picpay money for hard cash. Did any members knowledgable of this situation disclose the fact to the new member they were signing up. If you made alot of money how many members did you sign up. Seems to me that the member whom recieved money from new investors knowledgable of the situation is liable for the original "investment" money. Since they recieved the hard cash. I joined this pips 3 months before everything shut down. Did not sign anyone up but refered others of whom to ask for information regarding pips as they told me about it. It seems to me that this roll club makes money by selling advertising, where does the money from the advertising go. BM is homeless of which I doubt, and has his food bowl in hand for donation.
I am not in a situation where the money invested has made me homeless but maybe if I had my original investment back I could buy a new car or something. Where did the money go? Was it poor business choices and now the money is lost, frozen, being investigated, ect.. I am in business much like most others whom have joined pips, and they know that all the money is not gone when things go bad. Just hidden. That is alot of money hiding, or has it been spent.
