Uncle is a term we use in the U.S. for truce, nothing more. Don't really know where it came from. But very curious now. I've not always been able to love everyone, just here recently. It really feels nice to genuinely love you. I love you with the Love of Christ. I've been a Christian for a long time, but like I said before, just recently grown into more mature Love. Wished it hadn't taken so long. Hope you can accept it from me. Have a great evening, ole mats.

I realy do not understand - is the point to this: "Love your enemy"? You first make me an enemy and then show your love to me? Is that how the love of Christ is?

I do not see any enemy - if I show others respect - they act accordingly.
The enemy is my own actions on behalf of my own feelings.
"If I make a fals image of you - you become my enemy." That is my fault, and it is a immoral act!
I think the love is for yourself - my dear! Take your time to love yourself for what you are, and not what you feel, do and think. Stand beside yourself and ask yourself; "what can I do for you?" In that way you may start loveing yourself so much that you find your image in other peoples that you admire and hate!
Do not be conflicted by this - it is very simple and necessary. Dont make you neighbor an enemy that you need to love with "the love of Christ".

FYI the term "Uncle" is use in sandlot wrestling-if you are hurting from the other person's hold then you cry "UNCLE"! to stop the match!! Haven't heard that since the 50's!!
