I sure could use a shot of Rowan and Martin right now. They were always great for what ever tense situation one could be facing. - And these days - everything is tense.

Wonder if anyone has packaged the Rowan & Martin Laugh-In series. You know, the "As Seen On T.V." - "Only $19.95!" - I always wondered why everything is always $19.95!!!

The reason for the $19.95 is that a study was done and people were more likely to buy something under $20. But when it was over $20, people were more careful. It's the old, it's under $20, why not.

    Underroo,
I believe you are correct! Memory is getting worse as the years go by. As I was driving in to work this am, I remembered I was also wrong about the Rowan and Martin quote. It was: "Intedddesting, veddddy intedddesting, but stupid". Remember that guy with the German helmet on and that skinny cigarette? Jeees, I remember when NO ONE had color TVs, and we only had 3 channels to choose from. AND, you HAD to get up, walk all the way over to the TV, and turn that big knob to change channels!! How did we make it? How did we survive 90+ degree days withou AC???

I Haven't posted here in a long time. Frustration from people is understandable. Waiting with faith is a hard thing. Will Bryan bring this out? I pray so. I believe he wants to more than any of us. We all have lots invested, financially and emotionally, but Bryan has far more to lose. I believe in the guy, but my faith is in God, not Bryan. As I stated in the old Pips forum, we can't let fear rule and panic take over. Fear is really only False Evidence Appearing Real. F.E.A.R.

I enjoy the positive posts and understand the other.

    Mike
