What I'm saying is I can't see that it's a situation where "BNM and the whole banking league" have just suddenly discovered Bryan Marsden and realized what he was doing.

Perhaps it's not a given, however it should not be altogether dismissed either. Let's not for a second think that the banking community isn't filled with corruption and if it can stick it to the little guy or deny the average guy large profits, it absolutely will. The bankers run the world and it's never about justice, it's always only about their own self serving agenda. Why would they allow a player like Bryan Marsden to mess with their system and their nefarious power plays?
