Thread: stranger yet?

You both have valid points here, so stop arguing - I pretty much agree with both of you.

Style has a good point - Bryan does often promise things to be soon, but then they end up taking ages. I also realise that Style gets a lot of flack from this forum sometimes, but I usually like his posts; they are honest and not hiding behind thing. One thing I can't stand is bullsh!t and Style doesn't post any.

Rich - You are also right, Bryan usually gets held up with things outside of his control and he can't do anything about it.

His weakness is excitement. He has an inkling of good news and can't wait to share it with everyone, so he does. The problem was that he shared it a bit early and sometimes it doesn't happen in the timescale he hoped, or it falls through. That's just the way he is, I think, so lets all have a therapeutic group hug and become friends again.

Thanks for the support, but now you will be considered a "troll" for defending me. You see the way it is here is like this...........These cheerleaders here didnt have a problem with the way I am when I was getting banned from forum after forum defending Bryan, in fact, almost everybody here was my friend then. Now that I have taken my blinders off and removed those "puppet" strings from my arms and legs and decided to "think" for myself again, they all of a sudden dont like me anymore. I am a "troll" now. Kind of goes to show you they never were my friends after all. Well thats fine, I dont need their kind as friends anyway. There are "enemys" out there who act just like them. Thats the problem with this "cult" like atmosphere here. Either you think, act, walk and talk EXACTLY like these "cultists" here do, or you are no longer welcome here.
I am very fine with that too. Being popular or politically correct never was important to me anyway. Being ME always has been and always will my top priority.

Well, if Bryan controlled BNM or the justice sytem in Malaysia, than I guess it would be faster. "Soon" means different things to different people. The point is he is working towards that end instead of giving up. Sorry he's not on "YOUR" timeline.

How do you know BM is working on anything other then the lotto, for all we know he knew pips was dead six months ago and is afraid to tell us.

I find it really hard to believe that Bryan can't pop in and say something, anything...a little positive acknowledgment...encouragement...How many minutes would that take??

No probs mate. I don't quite consider myself a cheerleader. I certainly hope it comes back, and I'll support Bryan in whatever he does to get PIPS back, but I'm not a "rah-rah" kind of guy. I've lost money in PIPS, but am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt to come back. I hope for all our sakes that he does, and I'm sure you hope that too. I just think you've reached your limit of patience. We all have one.

As for considering me a troll; I would hope that wouldn't happen. I've been on Rolclub since the day the PIPS forum went off-air and have been in PIPS since August 2004. I've never posted anything negative on here about PIPS (although I will confess to have posted a few negative things on PIPSUK during the darkest hours just after it got raided).

I always try and see both sides of the argument and maintain a kind of neutral ground (think of me as Switzerland...) although that isn't always possible.
