1. Kingtvrtko: Why BN don't investigate PIPS Aid? PIPS Aid is one of PIPS companies and BN stated on their site that they investigate PIPS companies.

PIPSAID operates totally outside jurisdiction, unfortunately it got closed down when the datacenter servers got siezed.

2. Kingtvrtko: Have BN gave you permission to start this new program? We don’t want them to start investigate this new program after you launch it.

On speaking with BN officers, it was stated that PIPSAID should be ok.

3. Kingtvrtko: Why you accept e-currencies again with this new program? You are not afraid of hackers anymore? If I remember correctly once upon a time they took about $40 000 from your e-gold account?

The e-currencies like e-gold are transacted directly but through another operation that accepts many e-currencies. We do not have a direct e-gold account.

For those asking the question about why all was on one server, it was not there was more than one server in the datacenter and they took them all and the backups.

We were aiming to setup another datacenter before this happened but at $1.5+ Million a time it is not something you do overnight.

There is a section on the lotto site which will show the aid revenues, the projects being undertaken, progress and photos etc.

Not for interent operation, it applies if you sell physical tickets offline and have sales offices tc. in that jurisdiction. I am not prepared at this time to divulge the jurisdiction due to the trolls etc, but the license will be published on the site when it opens.

The company and operations will be audited, although there is no requirement under offshore jurisdiction. Members will also be able to see online each month what is going on and the financials.

Participants and affiliates should be able to feel good about knowing what percentage goes to Humanitarian projets and feel secure in the other percentages sustaining the ongoing operation.

40% goes to Commissions on Lotto (10% on Pick 3 and Pick 4)
25% goes to prizes on Lotto
30% goes to Reserves on Lotto
5% from sales goes to donations, 95% direct donations.

Winnings and commissions are paid to member accounts, withdrawals can be made at any time, e-currency withdrawals are instant. Wire take as long as the banking system takes, (generally 3 to 5 days)

I mean I understand paying for the servers and such.....but I mean will you be keeping any of it for your own personal use? I would like to know the answer to this.

NO - I will as always just draw a salary, thsi has always been the case with PIPS and it is verifiable.

I'm Losing Faith And Trust

Well, at the risk of getting flamed along with the other "Cheerleaders", I have to add my opinion.

I honestly and deeply feel that the restructured version of PIPS will be back up this year, and those of us who have stood behind Bryan all this time, will be "rolling in clover"!! For those who've never heard that phrase, it means, having all our financial problems taken care of, living very well and wanting for nothing. (This even applies to those who haven't stood behind Bryan, but still have a PIPS account or two! )

With all the work Bryan's been doing to get the restructured PIPS back up and going for all of us, I thank him for taking all the flack & just keepin' on keepin' on! Thank you Bryan - know that you are deeply appreciated for all you're doing!

Thanks for starting this thread and asking that question of us. Even though some don't have any faith and still insist that PIPS is done, I for one do not believe that!

I've been in PIPS for just over one year and nine months and I have no doubts whatsoever that a "PIPS" will be back up very soon! .

Exactly! This a point I've tried to make, over and over and over, again. Why do certain members whip themselves into a frenzy every other day by rehashing the same old crap? We've been told all that is going to be told to us at this time; there is more to learn, I'm sure, but this is all we have. The most important part of this is that "WE CAN DO NOTHING TO CHANGE THIS CURRENT SITUATION!" I personally have more to do than sit up late on this forum (or any other for that matter) and continually waste my time responding to those who don't know how to read what has already been posted and/or how to sit back and wait for the answers. Should any or all of us be concerned about the future of Pips and our money? Of course we should. However, why add to our every day stress level by beating a dead horse? If there's anything that ought to be apparent by now it's the fact that we will just have to wait...The future is on a timetable that we simply have no control over.

Perhaps we could rephrase: The idea is brilliant. The flaws lie somewhere within the implementation of that idea. Don't get me wrong, I'd love see a brilliant implementation of this very brilliant idea.

From what I've seen, I think he (Bryan) is capable of doing it. But, just like the rest of us, he needs to make some adjustments and do it again. He may also need to repeat that process until he gets it right.

There are many people that insist on directing all their anger towards this man because they hold him responsible for their lives. No one else has even made an attempt to start a program and accomplish those goals. Yet, it is very easy for many of those people to blame and criticise those that do.

What can I say about that: I'm sorry Bryan doesn't know everything there is to know about everything, he isn't able to do everything perfectly that needs to be done and he can't turn water into wine. It just so happens that no one else on this planet can either. So...I'm VERY sorry there are people that get unhappy, hateful and destructive because Bryan is a human being.

I just cannot find a reason to see this man and his programs in a negative light. When I look at what he's done, each program has been better and more beneficial than the previous one. He doesn't quit and he doesn't run away. He keeps going and he's getting somewhere. Maybe, if I'm lucky, I'll get to see the final result in my lifetime. Maybe I won't. Either way, whether or not I personally benefit, I cannot agree that it's a justification for me to negate what he's doing and what he's done.

Just one more thing: Does anyone ever consider how this man feels? He has to live with the idea that some people have made money, some people have not. That is not his original intent. I'm certain he doesn't need anyone to remind him. Yet, many people are going to continue to do that, whether or not it's helpful. That seems pointless, childlish and unfortunate.

I can only be thankful that he (Bryan) is able to put the events of last year behind him, ignore the negativity and keep moving forward. That in itself is nothing short of amazing to me. For those that believe, we do have a chance and it seems perfectly appropriate to me to say:

Thank you Bryan, win or lose, for being exactly who you are. I hope that someday you're able to completely realize your dreams. I hope I live to see you do it.
