Secret early talks happened at the beginning of December. Bryan Marshden is taking over the company for an astronomic amount of 9.4 billion $; both parties came to an agreement today. Mr. Marshden gave the following comment:
"There is light at the end of the tunnel!"

Wow, he really got a deal considering Googles market capital is about $130 billion :)
