as for Gary....his exact title I cant remember, but I am certain that I can find it on some of the info I still have from Hawaii.

some here look at anything posted other than a go get em Bryan message as one about trying to cause trouble. I as much as anyone here want and believe that Bryan did it right and that 2006 will see a bright new day for us all when PIPS returns.

However, in the meantime, there are some hurting and in desparate need of support and opinions on how to handle the hardships that this investigation has brought on; including the legal issues.....

Bryan hired Gary...he authorized him to give updates and address issues with members in the forum. At the time he made the statements about exchanges.....members looked forward to his updates in the forum, because they were the only ones we were getting.

I am sorry but I have never seen any recommendations from any pips officer (yes: I seem to remember Gary was appointed general Manager) to do exchanges.
Regarding Billy, he wasn't a pips officer and his e-mails contained facts, opinions and beliefs (and what was what was totally unclear).
You can't bring this into the discussion here as neither Pips nor Bryan nor any other person except Billy can be held responsible for what was written by Billy.

This is not always true, in fact, in US, you can sue anyone for anything. I'll give you an example of what I went through several years ago. I owned an independent leasing company and I leased a Rolls Royce to one of my law firm clients. Well, after a year of use, the paint discolored and it was claimed to be a repair that was not done by Rolls Royce. In other words, as Rolls Royce cars were hand assembled and painted at that time, it may have been repainted at factory, but the lawyers didn't care, they sued everyone, including me. Now did I have anything to do with manufacturing vehicle, or painting it? LOL

This is completly new to me...
In fact we had several discussions at the moderator-part of PIPS forum regarding if we were or were not going to let the exchange-threads be on PIPS forum at all, knowing that Bryan was against these and the freudalant PicPay circulating made a big problem to some...
The sudden closure of the forum actually solved this headache for us, I may add.

As for what Billy has written or not, I can't comment. I was not a member of PIPS-USA. But point is still that Billy didn't (nor does) represent PIPS inc. He is a member just like all of us.

Yes, in America you can sue anyone for anything. It's only a question of if you will win or not. If you have enough money and lawyers, you can get away with just about anything. Sad but true.

After reading discussions on this thread.......Iam thanking God again for restraining me to go back to that forum because the last time I went there,I felt my blood pressure ZOOOOOOMed up!!! And when I looked at the mirror I saw a few strands of my hair turned gray :<,a few hours after taking a bath,I lost almost a handful of hairstrands,now that I am using horse shampoo,I promised myself never to go back there again because I don't want to add years to my age in an hour.
Btw....I can see that Bryan is offline right now,but I wish he could answer this question when he comes back........"Why do they hate you so much and why are these people hell bent to crash you?"

I don't think they are hating Bryan, they are just very strongly believe that PIPS it's the biger scam ever.
