This was posted in another forum just now. My own feeling is that Bryan wouldn't have started the new lotto programme if he'd done something wrong and be answerable for the below. Hope I'm right and we get the all clear. Patience is needed again.
Hi Everyone,
This is official !!
A very good friend of mine called BN this morning and this is what he was told.
Heres the news from BNM.
I phoned today at 6.45 gmt.Eventually..... I got through to a gentleman who told me that the investigation is now finished at BNM.
Apparently it is now in the hands of the prosecutor and he would not speculate on the outcome whether PI** would be back or not.
Well theres the news.May be good or bad and depends on what BNM actually found..Perhaps all investigations are given to the prosecutor, to decide if there is a case to answer.
If it was 100% above board however, there would not be a speculation problem.None the wiser at all really.
So now its with them and we will have to wait for thier decision
This is very genuine because I got this email and a phone call from this person.

True, but hakius and others have had similar posts and all seem credible. Personally it appears believable.
