I find it hard to believe that the Bank would be allowing Bryan to go ahead with his plans for Pipsaid, even if only to publicize it to PIPS members, if they had not already determined that they are going to clear PIPS. I just bet all they are doing now is tying up loose ends and taking care of formalities.

Furthermore, I will issue the opinion that Bryan knows this, but cannot let on about it or say anything due to legalities.
Probably his lawyers are telling him to play it safe and say
he doesn't know when it will end. And that's just fine with me.

I don't normally like to assume anything, but this is a good assumption.

Make's perfect sense to me. But until I hear it from Bryan it's just talk. I guess a little bit of hope is better then none.

BN stated to the embassy personel that they are planning to end the investigation before the end of this year!

If they really will be able to stick to the plan I cannot say of course but it gives a clear picture of the timetable they are working with.

Hope I gave you some good news to savour during the week-end.
